Canadian Affair trip
Oh, I usually plan all my own holidays, but this time I thought I'd give a tour operator a try since it was a big trip. I checked out another company first, but Canadian Affair was much more affordable. It wasn't just about the cost though, the lady named Jenny who helped me was fantastic. She was really friendly and knowledgeable, and she took care of all the hotels, car hire, and flights, even when I kept changing my mind. She wasn't pushy at all and really listened to our preferences. I'm really looking forward to the holiday now, I hope it lives up to the great experience Jenny provided during the booking process!
Bespoke Canadian Rockies tour
Organising a trip abroad can be a nightmare, especially when you're also trying to fit in a family wedding in Nova Scotia. Let's face it, a generic tour just wouldn't work. I tried to plan the trip myself, but it soon became a chaotic mess of logistical problems. Luckily, Julie came to the rescue like a superhero and sorted everything out with a tailor-made package for our "Trip of a Lifetime" in the Canadian Rockies. Thanks to her expert organisation, we now have an amazing tour booked for later this year, and I'm absolutely thrilled.

He really knew his stuff when it came to all the different flights and places to go, and he was so good at getting back to me when I had any questions. In the end, it was Mark's fantastic customer service that made dealing with the company a great experience for me.
25th Wedding Anniversary Celebration
We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary as a family and came across this fantastic deal that involved a train ride and a cruise in Alaska. It suited us perfectly and we were absolutely thrilled! John Blower was incredibly helpful and offered us brilliant advice throughout the whole process. Rocky Mountaineer holiday booking with upgraded hotels and flights.
Adele was really helpful in giving me quotes and helping me book a Rocky Mountaineer holiday. I asked for nicer hotels and she made it happen without any trouble. The whole thing went really smoothly and was efficient. I liked it so much that I ended up booking another holiday for my husband and me next year. The service we received was outstanding, and the prices were fair especially since flights were part of the package.

Trip review
My family recently went on a trip by train and cruise, and it was absolutely fantastic! Everything went smoothly, except for the hotel we stayed at in Banff. It was a bit disappointing - no breakfast, no meals, and no bar! I mean, why stay there if we can't even grab some breakfast, you know? We had to visit their sister hotel to enjoy those amenities. The room we stayed in felt more like a chalet, which was a bit strange. On the positive side, the hotel in Vancouver was amazing! It felt like we were staying in a luxurious 4-star hotel with all the fancy extras.

RV rental order
I've had a good experience with their service before, but this time was a bit of a letdown. We had some issues with the pickup and drop-off times for our RV rental. The paperwork stated one thing, but in reality, it was different, resulting in us losing two days of our holiday. There was a lack of communication between Canadian Affair and the rental company, which made it difficult to sort out the problems. All in all, not the greatest experience this time around.
