Tractor Driving Experience
My wife surprised me with this experience for Christmas and I have to say, it was ace! At first, we had to sit through a safety briefing which wasn't the most exciting part, but then we got stuck into learning how to drive the tractor. Surprisingly, it was dead easy to get the hang of! We had a proper laugh driving around the field and then we got to have a go at using the GPS, which was brilliant. We even got to hitch up a roller and take it for a spin around the field. Jack, the instructor, also shared some fascinating stuff about farming and climate change, which really got us thinking. Overall, it was a top experience and I'd definitely recommend it to all my mates!
Pottery class birthday gift
My partner surprised me with a pottery class for my birthday, and I have to admit, I was a bit anxious at first. But it turned out to be such a fantastic experience! The studio was amazing - it was bright, well-equipped, and had a great vibe. The atmosphere was so relaxed, and I instantly felt at ease.
My teacher, Matthew, was absolutely brilliant! He was incredibly patient and explained everything clearly. I ended up creating 4 bowls and a milk jug, which all looked pretty cool to me. I can't wait to see how they turn out after they've been fired.
All in all, this was truly the best present ever, and I had the most incredible day!Tiger Moth Flight for 70th Birthday
I've just had the most amazing experience of flying in a Tiger Moth for my 70th birthday. It was a bit touch and go with the weather, but I finally managed to get up in the air in this iconic plane. My instructor, Andy Stibbs, did a brilliant job getting me ready for the flight and guiding me along the way. The views from up there were absolutely stunning, and being able to actually control the aircraft was like a dream come true. The landing was smooth, and the whole experience was something I'll never forget. A massive thank you to all the folks at the aviation company who made this birthday treat possible.
Vouchers extension
I've visited this place several times now, and I have to say, they really understand how to look after their customers. Throughout the whole Covid situation, they were incredibly accommodating with our vouchers, and they even extended the dates without any hassle. Now that's some excellent customer service! I've had experiences for all sorts of occasions with them, and they have never let me down. The staff, in particular Sandra, has always been so polite, helpful, and simply delightful to interact with. I am certain I will return for more experiences in the future!
Quad biking experience
I fancied going quad biking so I got a voucher from this place. But when I ran into an issue and reached out for assistance via email, they were completely unhelpful! I had to ring them up, and the person I spoke to on the phone was incredibly condescending. They basically brushed me off and told me to deal with it on my own, which wasn't cool at all. It really got to me and I ended up having a dreadful time. I warned all my friends to steer clear from buying anything from there in the future. It was just a terrible experience all around.
Flying experience gift voucher
Oh, that's terrible! For my 30th birthday, my brother got me a voucher for a flying experience, but it expired before I could book it. I was under the impression that I had two years to use it, but it turns out I had less time. I emailed them to explain my mistake, but they said I needed to pay £20 to extend it. Essentially, I ended up having to pay for my own gift. It's really disappointing.
Microlight flight experience
The communication when organising the microlight flight was fantastic. The team at the farm near Cockerham were so welcoming and really put me at ease before my first microlight flight. My pilot, Barry, knew his stuff and made sure to explain everything about microlight flying really well. He also helped me pick the best route for the hour-long flight and pointed out all the local landmarks along the way. I would definitely recommend this amazing microlight flight to anyone after an exciting adventure.
Quad biking and Apache car experience
My wife and I went to the Ian Wright Event at this place, and it was really cool! We got to ride in the Apache car and do some quad biking. Our Apache car instructor, Alan, was amazing! He explained everything perfectly, and we had a great time. Then we tried quad biking, which was also fantastic. I can't recall the name of the instructor, but they were excellent too. We had an awesome time and I definitely want to go back for more fun adventures. I give this place 5 stars!
VR Lancaster flight at Shoreham
I went on the VR Lancaster flight experience at Shoreham Airport and it was absolutely amazing! I had the chance to pilot the Lancaster up the river and even pass under a bridge - and I managed to do it without crashing, woohoo! Then I flew to the Dams in the Ruhr. I've had a go at VR flights in the past, but this one with the big screens was much more immersive. It honestly felt like I was actually flying the bomber!
Acrobatic flight experience
I bought my son an acrobatic flight experience as a present not long ago, and I must say the customer service was excellent. I made a mistake with the booking at first, but when I called up, they sorted it out without any fuss. I didn't have to wait on hold for ages, and the replies were really quick. The actual flight was amazing, well worth the money. I reckon we got a really good deal for what we paid.
Adventure day booking for son
I booked an adventure day for my son with Into The Blue, but I had a really disappointing experience. I tried to confirm the dates with the organizer by calling and emailing them, but I couldn't get through. After many unsuccessful attempts, I contacted Into The Blue for help. I used their web chat and managed to speak to a representative. They told me they had managed to contact the organizer, even though I couldn't. I asked if they could pass on my details or remind the organizer to check their emails, but they just told me to keep trying myself. It felt like once Into The Blue had my money, they didn't care about helping anymore. I was disappointed and frustrated by the lack of customer support, especially considering how much I had paid for the experience. The customer service I received was really poor and not what I expected from a company like Into The Blue. I will definitely warn others not to use their services in the future.
Sunday lunch on a steam train
My family and I were really excited for the Sunday lunch on a steam train, but unfortunately, all the dates were fully booked for this year! The experience is only available in the summer, so we were disappointed that we couldn't go. However, 'Into the Blue' were incredibly kind and extended our voucher so we can use it next year. We are so grateful for their help. Thank you very much!!
Experience booking
My experience trying to book an experience with this company was a complete nightmare. I had so many problems with the voucher code, it meant I couldn't book the dates I wanted. Even after contacting Customer Service loads of times, the issue dragged on for months. When I eventually got a working code, I found out the dates I wanted weren't available until next spring, even though my voucher expired in January. The back and forth between the company and me just made things more frustrating, it felt like I was going round in circles. The lack of response from the company about my complaints was really disappointing. I would definitely recommend booking experiences directly with the service provider to avoid all this hassle.

Experience day flying over Granston Airfield
I had an amazing experience with a pilot who was not just really good at his job but also really kind. It was so special for me to fly over my dad's old RAF airfield, and the pilot saluting from up in the air was a really touching moment. Thanks for making my day so memorable.

Voucher extension
I just wanted to say how fantastic the customer service was when I needed to extend my voucher. They were so helpful and made everything super easy for me - no hassle at all. They explained everything clearly and it was all really simple to understand. It was such a relief to actually speak to a real person straight away, rather than being stuck in a frustrating phone system like with other companies.
Wing walk experience
I'm really disappointed with how the whole thing was handled, from start to finish. I booked this wing walk for my wife as a special gift, and it was cancelled at the last minute with reasons that didn't really add up. The lack of communication and not sticking to what was promised just left us feeling let down and annoyed. It's such a shame that what was meant to be a special weekend ended up being a complete waste of time. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Girocopter flight surprise
The surprise gyrocopter flight I organised for my husband's 60th birthday went down a treat! Andy, the pilot, was brilliant and really put Gareth at ease during the flight. He loved every minute of it and thought it was even better than a gift. Thank you!
