    KLM according to me one of the best airline and they prefer their customers more and they always work for their comforts :) they doing great work :) and the staff of that are very caring and polite and will help you in at every stage the time you were airplane they always there for you anything you want they provide you :) and meal was simply awesome i see some people choose plane according to the food what they offer so there is no doubt guys this plane gives you best food and best of the best services :)

    Flight cancellation

    Recently, I had my flight cancelled, which was a bit of a pain. But getting rebooked was surprisingly easy and quick. The app they had was really user-friendly and even gave me a voucher to use at the airport. I also applied for compensation on their website, which was a breeze. They got back to me super fast and sorted everything out within a day, including the payment. I have to say, I was pretty chuffed with how fast and efficient their service was.

    Lost luggage experience with the airline

    My experience with the airline was really disappointing. Even though the flight attendants and onboard services were fine, my luggage got messed up when I had a layover in Amsterdam. My suitcase went missing on its way to the USA, and the airline didn't keep me in the loop about what was happening. I had to keep asking about my lost luggage, which was annoying and made me stressed out. After waiting for three months, KLM finally told me that they couldn't find my suitcase anymore. They wanted me to show them receipts for everything that was in my suitcase, but that was pretty hard for me to do. I gave them receipts totalling 1300 Euros, but they only gave me back 590 Euros without explaining how they came up with that amount. The way they handled my situation was unfair and unprofessional.

The staff completely mishandled the situation - they were rude and unprofessional. It was so frustrating and disappointing, I really hope I never have to go through that again.

    Flight experience from Houston to Amsterdam

    I had a flight with KLM recently and it was a bit of a nightmare. It began in Houston, TX, where the plane had some technical issues. I get that these things can happen, but the staff didn't keep us in the loop at all which was frustrating. As a result, my partner and I ended up missing our connecting flight in Amsterdam, so we were delayed getting to where we needed to be.

    Flight booking experience

    The booking process for my flight was really straightforward and simple. But, when I got to the airport, I discovered that there was a problem with my seat assignment. Even though I spoke to customer service, they couldn't fix it and I had to sit apart from my husband for the flight. It was a bit upsetting and annoying, especially since we were supposed to be travelling together. It felt like KLM wasn't being very accommodating or helpful in this situation.

    This airline is just getting worse and worse, you know! Some of those flight attendants were real mean, trying to take my carry-on bag even though it was already in the overhead storage. And get this - I actually paid to upgrade my seat, but never actually got it. I tried calling KLM like 7 times, but it was no use - no one knew what to do. Can you believe it? I mean, it's only €60! And to top it all off, my papers ended up all torn up as well. Trust me, I am never flying with them again!

    Delayed flight causing family to be stranded

    My family and I had a terrible time with a delayed flight from this airline. My dad and three kids ended up missing their flight because of a holdup getting the right papers at immigration. We were stuck in Toronto for a whopping 18 hours with hardly any help or updates from the airline. Even though we tried getting in touch with customer service a few times, we just felt annoyed and stranded. The way the airline and booking platform lacked any sympathy or concern was really disheartening. It was a tough and worrying time for my family, especially since it was their first trip from Africa.

    Economy class flight Manchester to Rio

    I recently flew from Manchester to Rio with your airline in economy class and I must say, it was a pretty good experience. The flight was comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and there was plenty of refreshments available. The food served was tasty and there was a great selection of films to keep me entertained. However, my experience flying business class with your airline was not as great. I opted for business class on the return journey based on my good economy class experience, but unfortunately, the food was a bit bland and the staff were less attentive. When I contacted them via email to share my concerns, the response I got was dismissive and patronizing. So, while I would recommend your airline for economy class travel, I would suggest others to think twice before splurging on a business class ticket.

    Delayed luggage compensation

    I'm really disappointed with the luggage compensation policy. They initially told us we could buy essential items and claim back up to 100 euros, but then changed their mind and said we had to do it within 21 days. It feels like they care more about sticking to the rules than looking after their customers properly. It's been a frustrating and disappointing experience all round.

    We had booked a flight which got cancelled by the airline by mistake. We then had to buy another flight which cost us a lot of money. But instead of giving us a refund for that flight, the airline just flat out refused to compensate us in any way. Safe to say, we won't be flying with them again after that experience.

    I had the misfortune of flying with this airline for a work trip, and I have to say, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The crew were really impolite and not very professional, which made the whole journey really uncomfortable and not enjoyable. The services on board were not great, especially considering how much the tickets cost. I'd definitely recommend steering clear of this airline if you want a hassle-free and pleasant travel experience.
