Package Holiday
Appalling customer service.
Booked a holiday pre-COVID. Cancelled and offered a voucher. Declined voucher to request refund in line with legal rights under EU Regulation 261/2004. Communication only via impossible to reach message service. When finally reached unable to resolve anything and declined to discuss further when advised of passenger legal rights.

Company waste of time
Booked a package for 3 people for May 7th had a separate receipt from Jet2 for the airline fare.
holiday cancelled by them .
Jet2 refunded the airline money very quickly
Have been 12 hours trying to contact Love Holidays Chat Line
its never available.
the Hotel booked happens to be a friend of mine and he has not received any payment from them

CROOKS! Very quick to take your money. Booking cancelled due to virus situation. No contact from these people whatsoever. Will never ever use again. I want my money back!!!
Incontactable by phone, email or live chat. Took final instalment even though holiday had already been cancelled. Will never use company again EVEN if it means no overseas holidays their customer care is that bad.
11 night all inclusive to Rhodes ZERO STARS FOR LOVE HOLIDAYS
DO NOT USE LOVE HOLIDAYS. I have never received customer service like it. Rude sarcastic unhelpful. They do everything in their power to not allow you to speak to an actual person. I tried to amend my booking to another hotel and kept receiving an email saying unavailable, although the sales team said that it was. After canceling they have taken the full amount and have still not refunded after much chasing.
