Booked trips
I recently booked a couple of trips online and unfortunately, I had some issues with the pick-up arrangements. The first trip I booked didn't have any pick-up details provided - just instructions to call local numbers which turned out to be disconnected. I contacted customer service through the chat bot and found out that my trip had actually been cancelled. The customer service representative was really helpful though, and managed to rearrange the trip for the next day. Despite the rescheduling, the local pick-up didn't show up when it was supposed to. After re-booking for a few days later, the pick-up finally arrived, and the trip itself was amazing.
Fast track airport booking
I recently booked fast track services for both arrival and departure at an airport through a booking platform. Everything went really smoothly, and they kept in touch every step of the way. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my travel plans, so I contacted customer service about getting a refund. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and nicely they got back to me, especially Ahmed K, who was really helpful. Less than an hour after I emailed them, I was told that a full refund was being processed. I was really impressed by how great the customer service team was. Mobile booking for Paris public transport tickets
We've just booked four tickets for the local transport in Paris using our phone. Bit of a bummer though, as we didn't know we had to print and pick them up at the tourist centre for them to be valid. It was a hassle when we got there and couldn't use the tickets in the end. But I reckon it's a handy system for others once they've got their tickets. The company was decent enough to refund us, which was nice of them.
Sagrada Familia tickets
I bought 7 tickets for the Sagrada Familia recently and I was really let down by the whole thing. Even though I got a booking confirmation and the money was taken out of my account, I got a message the day before my visit saying there were no tickets left. It put me in a tough spot because I had already made plans around going there and was expecting to be able to get in. The lack of communication and reliability was really unprofessional and annoying. All in all, I wouldn't suggest using this service if you want a reliable and hassle-free experience.
Credit card problem
Hey, so I was trying to buy some cool stuff with my awesome credit cards but this website was like, "Nope, not gonna work for you." I even tried Googlepay and still got the rejection. The only way I could pay was with Paypal, which is linked to the credit cards that got rejected in the first place. They need to sort out their website pronto because this glitch is not cool, man.

Booking my excursion on here was really quick and easy. I needed to cancel one of them to do a different one, and the process was hassle-free. They cancelled it straight away and sent me an email to confirm. I then booked a different excursion, and it was really straightforward. Thanks a lot!
Helicopter tour in Mauritius
At first, we were a bit unsure about booking the tour because it was way cheaper than other options, but we ended up having an absolutely brilliant time on the 45-minute tour. It was definitely the best part of our holiday, especially since we're a Scottish couple travelling around.

Confusing pricing structure
I must admit, I was really confused by the pricing on this website. What exactly does "tariffa unica" mean? Are 5-year-old children free or not allowed? And does "8+" mean something different altogether? I just found it really frustrating trying to work out how much my purchase was going to cost, and it kind of put me off the whole experience. It shouldn't be this difficult to figure out what you're actually paying for.
Historical tour booking
I'm really disappointed with my recent historical tour booking. Just 2 hours before we were meant to start, I got a message saying the pick-up time and location had changed. That was just the start of all the problems. The biggest issue was that there was no tour guide provided, even though the booking clearly said one would be included. The guide's language was important because all the information at Auschwitz was only in three languages that didn't include German. This meant I missed out on a lot of important details. Without a guide, the tour felt incomplete and I couldn't fully understand the historical significance of the site. Instead, we only had a transport coordinator who made sure we didn't miss our timings but didn't offer any educational information. It was really disappointing to travel all the way to Auschwitz and not learn anything meaningful. Overall, this booking was a total failure and didn't live up to my expectations for a fulfilling historical tour.
Public transport pass in Venice
I bought a 7-day public transport pass for my visit to Venice and, on the whole, it was alright. The pass did the job and I didn't have any problems using it in Venice. That being said, I was a little let down by the price as it ended up being higher than I expected. On top of that, I had some trouble placing my order on their website. The annoying delays made it a bit of a hassle. Despite these hurdles, my trip to Venice was good fun and the pass did its job well. I might suggest them to others, but I'd advise being ready for possible delays when ordering.
Last-minute Sagrada Familia tickets
As a bit of a last-minute traveller, I was trying my best to bag some tickets to Sagrada Familia, so you can imagine my relief when I found some availability on this website. But let me tell you, it wasn't all plain sailing from there. When I selected a time slot that was already fully booked, the website hit me with an error message that was a bit frustrating, suggesting some technical issues were at play.
Even though this roadblock threw me off a bit, I decided to reach out to customer service through their chat function. To my surprise, a real-life person got back to me pretty quickly and helped me figure out the problem. After a few persistent tries, I managed to grab a ticket for a different time slot that still had some spaces left.
I must say, I'm grateful that this website had tickets available when everywhere else they were sold out. However, the glitch with the website and having to manually search for an open slot definitely made the whole experience less than ideal.Reichstag tour cancelled
I was gutted when our Reichstag tour got cancelled last minute in Berlin - we were really looking forward to checking out the dome. We sorted out our booking online a whole month beforehand, only to have it cancelled with no reason just three days before. They did sort out a refund pretty quickly, but we were left in a bit of a pickle trying to find another tour on such short notice.

The website was really easy to use and I've just booked tickets for a Broadway musical. I got my voucher sent to my email straight away! Absolutely perfect!
