    Harry Potter tickets

    Absolute crooks, they charged us at at booking time, then informed the dates are not actually available, and they will not honour booking dates. We made 2 bookings hoping for a return of the money, since dates show available on the website, its not happening, the best they offered was to change our booked and paid dates to another week when we are not even in the country anymore. 10 emails later and a ruined holiday plan , they still haven't confirmed a refund, moreover they sent me an email saying they cancel since we are not available. All their tickets are non refundable. Moreover, the price increased by 20 percent between first page and last payment page of their booking system.
    They also came back trying to bribe us with 200 pounds voucher to not file a complaint , all this while the dates i booked are still available for sale online, so more people can be scammed..
