    Vacation round trip airfare

    The customer service at Priceline was absolutely brilliant when we booked our holiday round trip flights from Columbus, Ohio to Orlando, Florida. Sandra really went the extra mile to help us find the best flight choices that suited our needs perfectly. She presented us with a variety of options to choose from, taking into account things like when we'd leave and arrive, which airline to travel with, any non-stop flights available, the ticket prices, and extras like checked bag fees. Sandra was so patient, professional, understanding, and just had a wonderful personality that made the whole booking experience incredibly smooth. I honestly can't praise her and Priceline enough for their exceptional service.

    A website that handles all my traveling needs

    I wanted to take a trip to Europe last two years. I booked my flight through a travel agency only to discover they would help with only my flight and not all that would make my travelling easy. I withdrew my ticket and decided not to travel again till I found a travel agency that would assist with all my travel processes. Then I found Priceline. I booked a flight and they got my accommodation, transportation, and restaurants covered. That was what I wanted. This made my traveling less stressful. I packed my necessities for the trip and traveled on the stated day for my flight. I enjoyed every day of my stay because of Priceline.

    International airline ticket booking

    I recently booked some international flights using this online booking site. Sadly, I had to cancel my booking due to unexpected issues, but I made sure to do so within the necessary time frame. However, even though I followed the cancellation rules and canceled within 24 hours, I got charged the full amount for the tickets. This ended up costing me over $3271, which was a pretty big blow for me. I tried to get in touch with customer service about the problem, but they wouldn't give me a refund. They said I didn't stick to the cancellation policy. It was really disappointing to have this happen with the online booking platform - they didn't stick to their own rules and ended up taking a lot of money from me.

    cancelled trip due to son's injury

    I wanted to cancel a trip because my son got injured, so I contacted the company 8 weeks before we were meant to go. Even though I explained the situation, I couldn't get refunds for the flight, rental car, or the hotel room. Dealing with the company was really frustrating and disappointing, so I wouldn't recommend using their services in the future.

    I had a really bad time with Priceline. I booked something and then changed my mind while chatting with someone from the company. I said clearly that I wanted to cancel and reconsider, but the agent didn't follow through. Now, my booking hasn't been cancelled, and I'm left out of pocket feeling like I've been robbed online.     VIP Gold Customer booking error

    I'm a VIP Gold Customer and have been for a while now, and I recently had a bit of a nightmare with Priceline and Comfort Inn. I made a mistake and booked the wrong Comfort Inn online, only realising my error when I got there. Despite the two locations being close by, both Priceline and Comfort Inn refused to swap my reservation to the right hotel. This meant I ended up paying for two rooms on the same night and wasting a lot of time on the phone trying to sort it out. I was really let down by the lack of flexibility and customer service in this situation, especially considering how loyal I've been to both companies.

    Car rental from a different country

    So, I thought I was being really clever booking a hire car from another country through Priceline. The price was meant to be $16USD per day, but I was completely surprised when I arrived at the rental location. It was so far from the airport and they wouldn't accept my insurance. On top of that, there were all sorts of extra fees and charges that ended up totalling over $120 per day. My wallet was definitely feeling the pain when I walked out of there. I ended up spending much more than I originally planned, and it's just not right! Priceline, why do you have to do this to me? I won't be relying on online booking sites again, that's certain.

    Las Vegas trip booking with unexpected hotel fees

    We booked our Las Vegas trip with Priceline and thought we had paid all the Hotel Resort Fees in advance, but when we arrived at the hotel, they asked us to pay even more! We were pretty gutted and ended up forking out nearly $600 in hotel fees for just 3 nights. It was a letdown because we've never had this issue with other travel websites such as Expedia before. It felt like we were throwing money away, especially when we could have gone on a beach holiday for the same cost. We definitely won't be using them again!

    Refund for missed flight

    I had to cancel a flight recently because of some unexpected circumstances, and was told I'd get a refund under the Best Price Guarantee policy. I got an email saying the refund was approved, but it's been nearly two weeks and I haven't got anything yet.     Refund Issue

    I recently had a really disappointing experience with an online booking platform. I accidentally booked two hotel rooms and needed to cancel one. The hotel cancelled the deposit for one booking and made it clear that the online platform needed to refund the cancelled amount. I got in touch with the online platform, explained everything, and showed proof of the cancellation. However, they wouldn't refund me. I tried reaching out multiple times to sort it out, but they were no help and didn't reply. Dealing with this has been annoying and has made me really unhappy with their service.
