Quick booking process, best prices, excellent customer support
I was really happy with how simple it was to find and book a hotel using Roomdi. The prices on their website were better than other booking platforms, and the customer service was excellent - quick and helpful. I'll definitely use Roomdi for all my future bookings.
Affordable price, free cancellation, disappointing surprises
I was first drawn to this website because the prices were really competitive and they offered free cancellation, which was a big plus for me. But things took a turn for the worse when I realised I wasn't given all the info on the payment terms. Even though I picked the free cancellation, they still charged me the full amount after only 2 days, which was a bit of a shock. It felt like they weren't being upfront with me, and then they bombarded me with loads of pushy emails. It left me feeling annoyed and like I'd been tricked by their sneaky tactics.
Quick and efficient booking process
My time using Roomdi was mostly good. Booking a room was easy and fast, and I liked that there were lots of choices. But, I did have a small problem with free cancellations. When I was looking for a room for a certain date, I saw that some hotels said you could cancel for free, but only on the same day you booked. This was a bit confusing and not what I thought I would see on a booking site. I think if the time you can cancel is less than the time you can't cancel, those options shouldn't show up in searches to avoid mix-ups.
Quick and efficient cancelation
I booked a room through this place, but turns out they gave me completely incorrect information from another source. Can you believe it? However, when I informed Roomdi about the situation, they were really great about it and allowed me to cancel my reservation without any charges or hassle. I was so relieved, thank you so much Roomdi!
Prepaid booking with misleading 'Free Cancellation' policy
I booked something on this website that said I could cancel for free, but I had to prepay 15 Euros. Turns out, though, that the 15 Euros wasn't actually refundable even though they called it a 'Free Cancellation'. Pretty sneaky and not cool, I was definitely not impressed with that.

I'm really happy with how it's all going. Booking was a breeze and I got confirmation right away. It's been really efficient.
Hotel booking
I booked a hotel on this website and everything seemed fine, but there was one issue. There wasn't a phone number provided for me to call if I needed help, so I had to email them, which was a bit frustrating. However, the support I received via email was actually pretty good, so that's a positive. They also kept me updated when I reached out, which I appreciated. But then when I arrived at the hotel, City Express Ensenada, it was a complete disaster. They treated me as if I hadn't paid for my room, which was definitely not a good experience.
Gym, pool, beach, and restaurant facilities
I must say, the facilities at this place are absolutely fantastic. The gym was fully equipped, the pool and beach were spotless and really tempting, and the restaurants served some incredibly tasty food. But what really impressed me was the outstanding service from the Indonesian staff. They were so warm, attentive, and made me feel right at home. After such a wonderful experience, I just had to book another 3 nights for the following week.
Fake website
This website is dodgy. They took £1,500 from me for a refund on a cancelled booking that never got processed. I never even booked the hotel they said I did. Stay clear of this website, mate!
Booking a room
My experience with Roomdi was pretty simple. Booking a room was really easy and I didn't have any problems with the process. However, I did notice that the description of the room I booked didn't have much detail. There wasn't enough information given, which made it difficult for me to know exactly what to expect. It was a bit disappointing because I prefer to have all the necessary details before making a booking.
Pool closed, noisy hotel floor, uncomfortable bed, no shampoo, loud breakfast surroundings
I was really looking forward to staying at the hotel with a pool, but when I got there, the pool was closed on my first day! Plus, the floor of the hotel was really noisy in the morning, with all the kids on just one floor. The bed was so hard, it made it really tough for me to get a good night's sleep. I also ended up running out of shampoo after only two days, and the breakfast area was so loud and hectic.
But on the positive side, the cleaning staff were really lovely and helpful, which was nice. However, the staff in the restaurant and at reception were quite rude and didn't pay much attention when I needed assistance.
The hotel is conveniently close to a lovely beach and it's very clean, but it's just too noisy for my liking. I would suggest avoiding rooms that face the street if you want a quieter stay.Expensive for a 2-star hotel
Although it was a tad expensive for a 2-star hotel, I must say the rooms were really spacious. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay quite enjoyable. That said, I was hoping for a bit more considering what I had paid.

The registration process was pretty easy until I clicked to pay and then it came up with an error. I was a bit confused because there was no information on what to do next, so I wasn't sure if my booking went through. Luckily, I got an email not long after confirming everything, which put my mind at ease that my rooms were all sorted.

I tried to get info about my hotel booking confirmation from the chat but it was a total fail. The system was so glitchy, couldn't even type anything. Just wanted to check if my booking was all good but no joy. Trying to talk to the chatbot was a nightmare, just didn't want to assist me. Overall, the chat feature was not great at all.

I was trying to book a hotel and decided to use this website for it. I came across the hotel I liked on another site and then came here. I attempted to use a cashback app to get a discount, but the price was actually higher here. I had to switch to a different device to make the booking and wasn't able to leave any comments or chat with the hotel. I reckon I'll give a different website a go next time.

I booked a hotel with Roomdi not long ago and was really happy with how everything went. The website was dead easy to use, so finding and booking a place to stay was a breeze. They sent a confirmation without delay, and all the details I needed were laid out clearly. The only hiccup was when I got to the hotel, and having a live chat for instant help would have been handy. It would have been nice to have a "room wish" feature to tailor my stay even more.

I had no problems when I first booked my trip, but now I can't even finish paying for it because I can't access my booking. I've been finding it really difficult to get hold of the customer service team and it's really frustrating me. It would mean a lot to me if someone from the company could contact me. Right now, I'm worried I might not be able to go on my holiday.

I really appreciated the flexibility of being able to cancel my reservation up to a week before my trip, and having breakfast included was a great bonus with my hectic schedule. The hotel being near the airport made my short stay much easier, and the room was nice and cosy. The staff were all really lovely and helpful, making my overall experience very pleasant.
Tried to book hotel room
I just wanted to book a hotel room, but the website was playing up and giving me error messages all the time, so I had to look for another option in the end. And to top it all off, I ended up getting charged twice for the room, even though I didn't successfully book it. The really frustrating part is there's no human customer service to speak to - just a useless chatbot that's asking for a code I never got. I had to really make an effort to track down an email address to get in touch with them. This situation is far from ideal, guys.
