I wanted to travel to Indonesia at one time and I fell into the hands of dumpsters that duped me of all my money. It was a bitter experience that almost sent my finances down the drain. That experience discouraged me from travelling for a while and even trusting travel agencies. A colleague of mine was sent on a business trip by my company and they used TruTravels. When she came back, she told me of all her experience with this travel agency and how they treated her well and the experiences she had. That sparked my interest and I booked an appointment with them. They helped me with everything that I needed to travel and I went to Indonesia as claimed.I didn't lack anything and I didn't have to worry about coming back as everything was solved and taken care of by this nice agency. Thanks to them for helping me out and bringing back the hope of going to Indonesia.
17 day Philippines island hopper
My recent adventure on the 17-day Philippines island hopper tour was absolutely amazing. It was even better than I expected and quickly became my top favourite tour. Our tour guide, let's call him J, was truly fantastic. J's communication, organisation, and sense of humour really made the trip unforgettable. The places we went to were absolutely stunning, offering a variety of amazing experiences like island hopping, a castaway adventure, swimming with turtles, and canyoneering. J's efforts to make us feel like a family added an extra layer of fun to the whole journey. I am extremely thankful for the experience and would highly suggest this tour and J to anyone seeking a fantastic adventure. I wouldn't hesitate to do this tour again in the future.
Adventure travel experiences
TruTravels is absolutely brilliant at creating amazing adventure travel experiences! I went on two trips with them in Thailand recently and they were just fantastic. The plans were really well thought out, the places we stayed were top quality, and the guides were so friendly and knew so much about the area. I had such an amazing time that I went ahead and booked three more trips with them in South East Asia. The team at their UK office, especially Steph, were incredibly helpful and always made sure to answer all my questions quickly. I honestly can't recommend this company enough for anyone who wants to have a really fun and unforgettable travel experience.
Philippines East Tour
I recently went on the East Tour in the Philippines, and it was my first time going on a tour. Let me tell you, it was amazing! I was so impressed by how smoothly everything went, from the activities to the travel days to the dinners - it was all perfectly planned. Oh my gosh, the 17-day tour in the Philippines was absolutely amazing! Our tour guide was fantastic and really made everything enjoyable. We got to experience island hopping, kayaking, and even canyoneering which was incredibly cool. Plus, we had a few party nights with the group which were loads of fun too!
Mexico (Yucatán) tour
Oh my goodness, the guide on my Mexico (Yucatán) tour was just so irritating! He was always speaking really loudly and using "fu*king" or "freaking" every other word. 🙄 What a pain! And he was so full of himself, going on about how charming he was. Can you believe it? Who does that?! On top of that, he never gave us enough time to prepare for the evenings out - we literally had to get ready in 10 minutes after coming back from long days at the beach covered in sand. It was really stressful, ugh! 🏖️😒 Plus, he expected us to rate the tour as 10 out of 10, which was definitely a big no for me. No way, not going to happen! 😤
