The packaging and unboxing experience were absolutely incredible. The products were so nicely wrapped and presented, it felt like such a treat. The smell of them was just heavenly, and they felt so good on my scalp. My hair, which is usually quite flat and limp, seems to really be enjoying these products. I was trying to ship a laptop to my ex-client in Ireland, you know? I had to deal with this EORI number and customs code business. Do people even know what all that is?! I'm really let down by the service I got from this company. I never got my order and when I asked for a refund or redelivery they refused. They said I should be the one to contact the courier service to find my missing item, which I think is wrong. Then, after I raised an issue with my bank, they changed their tune and started saying they would refund me after all. This is not professional and it's very confusing.

I was so excited when I found the Cricut Explore 3 machine at such an amazing price on Quzo. At first, I was a bit unsure because the price was a lot lower than other places, but I saw some good reviews and decided to take a chance. The website said it would take a week for delivery, but I was shocked when the machine turned up in less than 24 hours, all safely packed up in its original boxes. The monitor is great, the picture quality is really good and my son loves it for gaming. However, we had a small problem with the plug it came with - it was a two-pin European one instead of the three-pin UK plug we needed. All-inclusive holiday to Lanzarote
Just a heads up, if you're thinking about booking a package deal on this website, be careful. I booked a trip to Lanzarote that was supposed to be all-inclusive, but I was let down when I realised that the flights with easyJet did not include normal size cabin baggage. Instead, we were only allowed a small underseat bag. This meant I had to fork out an extra £90 per person for a proper carry-on bag. They didn't tell me about this extra cost beforehand, so I was pretty annoyed. I'd suggest checking the baggage allowance really thoroughly before booking anything through this site.

Incredible Ecuador Adventure
Wow, what a fantastic adventure! We really enjoyed exploring the beautiful landscapes of Quito, San Cristobal, Santa Cruz Islands, and Tena Amazon. The trip was well-organized and had a good pace, which let us fully appreciate the beauty of Ecuador. Our tour guide, Jose, was amazing - he was so knowledgeable and helpful, making our time in Quito and the Amazon unforgettable. The only thing that would have made it even better would have been if the hotel in Quito was more centrally located for our last two nights. It would have been the icing on the cake!

Cardigan purchase - ripped on first wear
I bought a cardigan from this company, but I was really let down by how bad it was. When I tried to put it on, it tore straight away. It wasn't even too tight, just really badly made. Bouquet of flowers
Bought a bouquet of flowers for my wife for anniversary. Picture on website looked fantastic and at just over £30 and £5 for delivery. As it is waitrose I didn't question the quality.
What I got was embarrassing. A whole bouquet squashed into a small box. The roses were tiny and looked exactly like the £6 bunch at the local shop. It was dumped on my doorstep with all the fragile signs upside down!
Whole thing left me feeling embarrassed. Very poor value for money and won't be using again.
