I recently got myself a credit card from this bank, because they had a good deal going on with a well-known shop. I thought I'd just use it for my normal shopping, as I always make sure to pay off my credit card bill in full every month. But when the card arrived, I was surprised to see that they'd only given me a credit limit of £3.5k. That seemed really low considering I usually spend around £1.5k each month. To make matters worse, I found out that using 37% of my credit limit was not great for my credit score. So, I've decided to stop using this card altogether now.

I applied for a credit card with this company not long ago, but it's been a full 3 weeks now and I still haven't got it. I've phoned customer service twice and they've told me each time that my card is en route. But alas, it still hasn't turned up. It's really frustrating having this lack of communication and the delay in delivery.
