As a customer, I was really let down by the support team. I had a problem with my account and needed their help, so I got in touch with the customer service team. Sadly, it wasn't a good experience. They told me I'd have to wait 32 minutes, but after 5 minutes, it was still 32 minutes. It was so annoying not knowing what was going on. I thought a top platform like this would have better service.

I've had a pretty good time using the platform. I did face a few small problems when buying cryptocurrency, but the chat support quickly sorted them out. It was a nice surprise to make €100 by doing missions on the platform. I like that they keep adding interesting missions to keep me engaged.
ETC Mining
I had a really bad experience with this platform. Back in January, I stopped my ETC mining after a while. Even though I paid my taxes promptly, my funds got frozen. They claimed the FBI suspected me of money laundering, which is silly because it was just a small amount. Now they want another fee to unlock my funds, but can I really trust them?
High fees and terrible support
So, you know, I had a go at using this site and it's honestly so bad, like seriously. They charge you crazy high fees for basically everything, like why though? And don't even get me started on the customer support, it's like talking to a brick wall. If you have rewards, good luck trying to actually use them, it's like a never-ending maze. I tried reaching out for help and ended up wasting over 2 hours of my life on calls, only to be met with more frustration. It's as if they don't care at all! If you're considering using this site as your main trading platform, I would strongly advise against it. Just stay away. It's simply terrible.

I've been a customer for quite a few years now and I keep having issues with deposits taking ages to show up in my account. Just the other day, I urgently needed to make a payment, so I deposited £800, but it's been days now and the money still hasn't appeared. The responses I've gotten from the company have been pretty disappointing, just generic apologies and promises that they're trying to sort it out. It's not the first time I've had these kinds of problems with them and it's been really inconvenient and frustrating for me.

This trading platform is absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional. It's shocking how they keep blocking customers from accessing their own accounts, almost like they're hiding their money. They make you go through endless verification processes, all while making money off your funds. Dealing with them has made me feel like I've been ripped off.

This website is rubbish! It keeps crashing and I can't even log in to my account to do anything. The customer service is really slow and not helpful at all. I definitely prefer using a different platform.
Sell on platform
I've been trying to sell on this platform for over 2 years now. Up until March, everything was going well. I would sell my items and the money would be sent to my Paypal account with no problems. However, for the past 2.5 months, I've been struggling to get re-verified, even though I successfully completed the KYC process with my passport. My account is always under review, and despite sending lots of emails to customer support, including the German team, I haven't received any help. Every time I contact them, I'm just told to create a new ticket, but the issues never get resolved. I'd suggest avoiding this platform and deleting your account if you still have one.
Cash withdrawal issue
My time using the platform was going fine until I had a problem trying to take out some cash. When I tried to connect my bank account to my Coinbase account to withdraw, they suddenly wanted me to put in more money. That made me worried because it felt like an odd thing to ask for.

I've been dealing with a locked account problem where a lot of my money has been stuck for two weeks now. I've tried reaching out to customer service on Trustpilot, Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook multiple times, but all I've gotten are automatic, canned replies. Not being able to talk to a real person for help has been really annoying and stressful. It's not fair for a company to keep a customer in this kind of situation without any clear solution in sight.
ETH with a $5000 transfer
I've just bought a bunch of ETH on the platform, and it's been a bit of a nightmare. I put in $5000 for the purchase, but then I was told that nothing could happen for a whole day. So I waited patiently for 2 days, only to find out now that I can't even send out the ETH until July 3rd, which is a whole month away! Deposit and verification
I signed up and did everything correctly, but when I made my deposit, I didn't receive any bonus! I reached out to support and they simply said, "Sorry, but your account isn't eligible for a bonus." I mean, seriously? No explanation at all, just a plain no bonus, see you later! It's really not fair and I don't want to be involved with this anymore.
