Setting up my account was actually really quick and easy, and the customer support team was so helpful the whole time. Alvaro was especially great, he really went out of his way to help me and make sure all my questions were sorted out quickly and correctly. I had a really great customer service experience the other day when I was talking to a guy called 'RODOLFO'. He was super helpful and patient, taking over two hours to help me with all my questions and problems. His advice was really detailed and professional, and he was really patient and polite the whole time we were talking. I was genuinely impressed by how much he helped me and how dedicated he was to making sure I was happy.

I've just had to move some money around from my account but I got stuck because there were some open positions. I'm a customer from New Zealand and I must say, my experience trading with this company has been pretty good. Depositing and withdrawing funds has been easy and fast. The online chat support is useful, but just remember that some admin stuff can only be done during office hours. Having the office located in Auckland's CBD is a big bonus too. Unethical practices
I've got proof of some dodgy stuff going on like messing with trades, unfair fees for swaps and spreads, misleading adverts; they promise a free TradingView account if you sign up with them, but then they hit you with a $500 bill to get it! It's been a nightmare dealing with them, thinking about taking legal action; their customer service is useless unless it's about taking your money out. I'm closing my account with them by the end of the week, I won't stand for their sneaky ways anymore. I've got all the evidence ready when you need it.
Unable to login to Metatrader4 app on my phone
I was struggling to log into the app on my phone, but then this really helpful person in the live chat called Elsi sorted it out for me in no time! The service was incredible! I would definitely recommend it!
Sending documents for account approval
I signed up last week but my account still hasn't been approved. They've asked for more bank statements to confirm my address. Luckily, Daniela was able to assist me promptly.

Received funds after two weeks
I took out £15,000 from my account not too long ago, and it actually took a good two weeks for the money to show up in my bank account. I was pretty happy with how it all turned out but I'm hoping it'll be a bit faster and smoother next time around.
Account closed
The brokers at that place randomly closed my account and then attempted to have a chat with me before abruptly ending it. I can't even log in now because my account has been terminated. Just a heads up, that place isn't very trustworthy. Fortunately, I didn't have any money in there.
Withdrawal experience
I've tried a bunch of brokers in the past, but this one really let me down when it came to withdrawals. Unlike other brokers that give you your money straight away, I've been left waiting for days for my withdrawals to go through with this one. It's so annoying, especially when I'm using the same card, account, IP address, and computer for every transaction.
