Rental car breakdown
I recently hired a car from this rental company and unfortunately had a breakdown during the time I had the car. It happened on a Wednesday morning and after being put on hold multiple times, I eventually managed to speak to a guy called Sirvelle. He was really great and went the extra mile to help. Sirvelle quickly organised for another car to be delivered to me, which really saved the day. I'm grateful for his amazing customer service and the fact that he was so willing to assist in a tricky situation. It just shows that even when things go wrong, good customer service can really make a big impact.
Quick and efficient rentals
I've rented from a company near Dublin airport a couple of times now, and I must say, it's been pretty smooth sailing. The whole process is simple - nothing too complicated or flashy, but it does the job. The folks working there are really nice, approachable, and seem to actually care about making sure customers are happy. Plus, there's a petrol station close by with decent prices, which is always a plus. All in all, it's a no-nonsense, reliable experience that I'll definitely be going back to.
Family car rental experience
I hired a car from the Shannon office for a family trip and honestly, the service was top-notch! The staff were so helpful, they sorted out the shuttle to get us to the car and made sure we had the right sized vehicle for all our luggage and the family. Everything went smoothly and I was really impressed by how efficient and friendly everyone was. I'll definitely be using this service again next time!
Nice ..Very nice
I have noticed many times as I am a regular (almost) customer of "Easirent" provided cars are really very good comparatively..But rates are not so cheaper as they claims .. Because if you are paying 10 pounds, 11 or 12 pounds equally affordable. May be due to shortest routes I couldn't avail it..But service size Easirent is good.
Car rental experience
I had a really disappointing experience with the rental company. Even though I checked in online, I ended up waiting a really long time when I got there. It was frustrating not having clear communication about what I needed before arriving. To top it off, the location was hard to get to, which just made things even more annoying. The worst part was finding out I was being charged double for a service (ezpass) that I didn't even need. I tried to negotiate but they wouldn't budge, so I had to pay the extra fees. It just left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be going back to them for any future rentals.
Car rental experience
My recent experience with a car rental company was really disappointing. It all went wrong from the start when we couldn't reach the shuttle at the airport - the phone just kept ringing and then cut off. The car itself had some damage and a strong smell of marijuana, which wasn't a great way to begin our trip. Checking in was a mess and took ages, with no car ready when we got there.
When I returned the car exactly as I got it, I was shocked to see two charges on my credit card. One was pending and the other had already gone through. When I called customer service to ask about the charges, they weren't helpful at all and said they had no record of them, telling me to contact my bank. Dealing with this has been a real hassle on top of everything else.
On the whole, the lack of communication, the state of the car, and the way they handled the charges have left me with a really bad impression of the company.Renting car, great service
When I went to pick up my car, there was this really nice guy named Kam who was so friendly and made me feel like a VIP. He was polite and helpful, which was great. Then Edwin sorted out the payment for me, he was quick and fair. They make a great team, honestly. I was in and out in a flash, it was a brilliant experience!
Hidden deposit charge
The person on the front desk was quite average in terms of being friendly, but what really annoyed me was the unexpected $500 deposit charge. It wasn't clearly mentioned when I booked online, and it left me feeling frustrated and taken aback. I'm not sure if I would rent from this company again in the future.
Faulty car, poor customer service
Easirent gave us a car with a fault because they didn't check the engine oil level before giving it to us. We had to waste time during our holiday calling them, and they told us to sort it out on our own. When we returned the car, they wrongly accused us of an accident and slapped us with additional charges. The receptionist made us feel pressured and threatened.

I was well miffed with my recent car rental. They promised to be dead cheap but the car they gave me was a right state - all grubby and a wiper missing. And to top it off, they didn't tell me about a sneaky £2000 deposit charge until later on. We had to splash out loads more because we couldn't afford the deposit, ending up having to fork out for their insurance too.
Low tire pressure issues
I was really let down by the service at this car rental place. The person working there didn't take my worries about the low tyre pressure seriously, which meant I had to sort it out myself during the whole rental. It was a pain having to look for air every morning, and having to pay $5 each time just made it worse. I thought a car rental company would look after their cars better.
Scam!
I rented a car but they completely messed up my payment and now they refuse to refund me. It's been ages since I returned the car and they just keep saying they'll fix it but never follow through. When I requested to speak to the boss, they just hung up on me. It's not cool at all.
Difficult car rental experience
I had a really frustrating time with a car rental company that made me feel like I was jumping through hoops just to get a vehicle. The manager wasn't very helpful and didn't seem interested in good customer service. It took me over two hours to finally get a car, and it seemed like the manager was trying to stop me from renting one. When I told him about my concerns, he was dismissive and unprofessional, even giving me a useless phone number to call for help. But when I returned the car, I spoke to a guy named Victor who was so helpful and really went out of his way to assist me.
rented cracked windshield car
I was really surprised when I hired a car with a cracked windscreen all the way across the front. I mentioned it to the woman at the desk, but she just brushed it off and said it would be fine. That definitely wasn't very reassuring, especially considering how dangerous it could have been. On top of that, the car only had a quarter of a tank of petrol, which was a bit of a pain.
Quick car rental
I needed to rent a car in a hurry and decided to give this place a shot. To my disappointment, it was a total letdown. The wait was far too long, the building was dirty with a broken bathroom, and the staff were not very polite. The car I rented was even filthy. The only good thing was the van drivers, who were really nice.
Upgrade for unlimited miles
Guys, I'm telling you, if you're considering booking here, it's worth spending a bit more and going with Enterprise or Hertz. I ended up having to pay extra for "unlimited miles," which wasn't made clear when I made the booking. And when I tried to sort it out, neither T-Mobile nor the rental company were any help. They initially gave me the wrong car and then did nothing to fix the problem.
