Car Hire
Arranged car pick up for 00:15 on 17 March.
Arrived at Drivalia a few minutes early to collect car to be advised that they had not received our booking from Enjoy Travel and they had no car for us! We were then advised to come back at 6am in the morning (6 hours later!) as they were receiving a delivery of cars and would have a car for us then.
Went back to the Drivalia office at 6am and it was closed. (opening hours advised were 06:00-00:30).
Tried ringing office number and Emergency mobile telephone number repeatedly, but no answer.
Waited outside the office until someone finally bothered to turn up at 7am before we could get a car.
Absolutely disgusted that had to wait 8 hours in the airport (we landed at 11pm).
I have written to EnjoyTravel and they advised I did not arrive before office closed at 00:30. Despite the fact I advised them I was in the office before 00:15. CCTV will prove that.
I emailed Enjoy Travel again on 21st April asking for a refund, but they have not bothered to reply.
Avoid at all costs, cost almost £100 for a car for 26 hours.

From my experience, Enjoy travel sold me a car hire from Drivalia rental at Birmingham Airport, that was unobtainable at the price quoted. Basically the bill at least doubled with extra insurance, or you'd be required to leave a huge deposit that no reputable firm would require. I would advise using well known companies that quote the prices up front and have respect for their customers. In the hire office I witnessed a procession of disgruntled customers receiving appalling service at Drivalia. Having witnessed their attitude to customers, some of whom were guests to this country, there was no way I would allow them access to my credit card details. I had already been sold excess insurance by Enjoy travel, which turned out to be worthless at a company they represented. So I walked away 240 quid out of pocket, future customers should do the same. The old adage, if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't, comes to mind.

We rented a car to be picked up in Italy through Enjoy Travel. We arrived at the car hire place at the allotted time and day to find they were completely shut. We rang and emailed them but there was no reply. Also contacted Enjoy Travel and they did not respond. We sent them pictures of the closed car hire place. Despite repeated contacting and multiple chats/emails, Enjoy Travel keep saying that they are still investigating - it has been almost 3 months and they are just hanging on to our deposit and clearly have no intention of returning it. Total dishonest scammers

Terrible and sneaky. Avoid!
In April, I enquired online about a car rental in Munich for next July. The car would have been from Enterprise
Enjoy said that they could not send the voucher due to 'technical problems'. When I did get it, I noticed that instead of unlimited mileage, they only allowed 100km/day. I queried this immediately and told them that if they could not match other identical offers with unlimited, or, at least 3x, the mileage, I did not want to proceed with the booking
They then cancelled my 'booking'. The next day, the debited my account €41 and refuse to give it back
Then then sent an email that states ‘booking not yet confirmed. Please wait for your voucher’. I never received a voucher
I contacted Enterprise who told me that they never received a booking on my behalf for Enjoy and received no money
In addition, this all happened within 72 hours which should fall within the 'cooling-off' period for online purchases
Their attitude has been 'Tough!'
Please do not support businesses that operate in this manner. If one reads many of the reviews on various sites, this company is not consumer-friendly, to say the leastCar rental
We booked a car hire with Easi Rent via Enjoy Travel. They have effectively stolen £200 from us. After being ignored for 2 hours, then subjected to verbal abuse and witnessing a near physical altercation between the staff and another customer.. we decided to go to another car rental company. When we asked for a refund, having not even got the keys, they said it’s our own fault for not taking the car and that they would be not refunding us any money. The staff I have been dealing with after the event have been very rude and unsympathetic. We couldn’t even get an apology for missing our nephews christening, let alone a refund. Please do yourself a favour and stay well clear, it’s worth paying extra and going elsewhere.
