Manchester Park And Ride experience
I've been using the Manchester Park and Ride service quite a bit, and I have to say, it's a real lifesaver for anyone in need of a budget-friendly and dependable parking spot. The staff there are top-notch – they're friendly, efficient, and always reliable, which makes the whole thing a breeze. One key thing to keep in mind is to make sure you follow the instructions they give you and give them a call when you're nearly there, as it can be a bit tricky to find your way with all the surroundings. The satnav address is spot on, but double-checking your location once you arrive is crucial for a smooth transition.
Car park services
Great service at Park & Ride Manchester Airport. It helped me a lot and made the travel easy for me. As I couldn't park my car at home, I didn't also have someone who could take me to the airport and back bring back the car, the best solution was a car parking service and eventually Park & Ride Manchester Airport came as one of the best places that offer such services. Thankfully it went down well. Parked my car in their space, travel out through Manchester Airport, stay for 3 weeks and came back meeting my car just the way I left it. Highly recommendable. Park & Ride Manchester Airport should keep it up.
Budget-friendly airport parking
I recently tried out the parking service at Manchester Park And Ride and I have to say, I was really impressed with my whole experience. Even though it was cheap, the parking area was well-lit and felt safe. I didn't mind parking on the grass at all because it still felt secure. The shuttle to the airport arrived on time and the driver was really nice. I think some of the bad reviews are unwarranted because the service is definitely worth the money.

I recently used the parking and shuttle service at the park and ride facility in Manchester, and I have to say I was really impressed. The shuttle turned up right on time, the parking lot was in good condition, and the staff were so nice and helpful. I felt really comfortable leaving my car there and hopping on the shuttle to get where I needed to go. Overall, it was a great experience.
Park and Ride experience
I tried out the Park and Ride service recently and it was a total disaster. The staff there were really unhelpful and didn't seem bothered to lend a hand when I got lost because of the rubbish directions they gave me. The whole thing was proper stressful and definitely not what I had in mind. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone, mate.

I parked my car at this place and it was brilliant! The staff were so friendly and helpful, it put me at ease knowing my car was in good hands with them. They were like superheroes for cars in real life. The place was really neat and tidy too, which I liked. I'll definitely return next time I need to park my car!

My experience with the park and ride was really great! I received all the information I needed in an email, and the driver was really friendly and communicated well. Everything went smoothly and on time, the only slight issue was picking people up quicker at the airport. However, just putting up a sign would easily fix that. I will definitely use the service again!

Experience at the car park
I was recently at the car park and I have to say, it was a proper let down. I arrived and the whole place just felt unfriendly, there were no signs to guide me and it looked like people had just left their cars wherever they fancied. It was worrying how there wasn't even a gate for security. The roads were a mess, filled with potholes which made it a nightmare to drive around. The staff didn't help matters either, they were so rude and unhelpful, definitely not what you want when you're trying to park up. The shuttle bus system was a disaster, we had to wait ages and when it finally showed up, it sounded like it was on its last legs. And then on top of it all, they charged a fiver per person for the bus ride, which felt like a rip-off - especially as they didn't split the cost between all passengers.

The last time we used that park and ride was an absolute nightmare! We had to wait ages for the bus to come and when it did, it was already packed with people from other stops. The driver didn't help with our luggage and we had to struggle to get off. It was the same situation on the way back - crowded bus, standing in the rain and wind. The staff at the office were friendly, but the overall experience was terrible. We certainly won't be using it again!

I had a bit of a nightmare with an airport parking service recently. When I got to the terminal, I did what they told me to do and called the company, but I ended up waiting around for ages with no sign of them. It was a complete mess with no clear communication or organisation, which just made me more and more frustrated. To top it off, the driver was so unprofessional and rude, which really got on my nerves.
And as if that wasn't enough, they slapped on some extra charges without even telling me beforehand, which felt pretty sneaky and left me feeling pretty miffed. When I finally got my car back, it was covered in mud, which was just the cherry on top of the cake. My time at the park and ride service was really not great. It was so difficult to find them amongst all the cars everywhere. The cars didn't look like they were for parking either, which was a bit confusing. Things were just all over the place and not organised well at all. When we finally did find the right place, we got taken to the airport quickly, but the driver wasn't wearing a mask and didn't communicate very well. We were also asked to pay extra to get into the airport, which seemed a bit dodgy and unprofessional. When we came back, it took ages for them to bring our car back, and once again the staff member didn't have any protective gear on. They even charged us for the airport entrance fee when they said it was included. The place where they parked the cars was dark and muddy, not very safe or clean at all. Overall, I really don't recommend using this service.

I was really let down by the Park And Ride service back in February 2019. It just didn't live up to what I was expecting - it was unreliable and didn't have all the facilities they said they did. Honestly, I'm starting to think this service might not even be real, so I wouldn't recommend using it to anyone.
Parking experience at Manchester Park And Ride
I parked my car at a park and ride in Manchester for 6 days. When I came back, I was really surprised to see that my car was in a really bad state. It seemed like someone had taken it off-road as there was mud all over the foot mats and seats. Not only that, there were more miles on the clock, my parking sensors were switched off, and a pen was missing. It was not a pleasant surprise, to say the least.

The service we received was a complete disaster. The facilities were awful, especially the toilets which were absolutely disgusting. When we asked for a pick-up, we were told to go to the wrong location and then the taxi driver charged us extra. He didn't even make sure that a child was safely buckled in and he was talking on his phone while driving. Finally, when we got our car back, it was covered in dirt and bird droppings. It was truly disgusting!
Terrible experience
The car park was really hard to find, it looked like no one had bothered to take care of it, and honestly, I felt a bit unsafe when I arrived. And let me tell you, the customer service back in the UK was absolutely shocking. I had to make so many phone calls just to get a response, and then when they finally did answer, the staff were so unprofessional.
On top of that, the shuttle took way longer to pick us up than they said it would, and when we finally got on, there was zero social distancing going on in the packed minibus. Plus, they hit us with extra charges for drop off and pick up which we weren't expecting at all. And don't even get me started on the car valet service they promised but never actually did - my car was even dirtier than when I left it!
Oh, and the way they squeeze the cars in so close to each other in that car park just added to the whole terrible experience. It was all just a nightmare, to be honest.Shuttle service for airport transfer
The shuttle service at this park and ride was a complete nightmare. The website may look professional, but the reality is a total disaster. When you get there, you find yourself in the middle of nowhere, with terrible signal and a really confusing setup. The building that serves as customer service looks pretty dodgy too, to be honest. The wait for the transfer was way longer than they said, nearly causing us to miss our flight. And as if that wasn't bad enough, you have to pay an extra fee for the airport transfer, which can only be with cash or sent to some driver's personal account. The journey back was just as chaotic, with a long wait for pickup and the driver acting unprofessionally. They even tried to charge some people too much and wouldn't give back their car keys until they paid up. The whole place is a mess, with cars parked all over the place, even some left abandoned on the road. It's a total scam, and I'd tell everyone to avoid this park and ride at all costs.
