I've been a loyal customer of this company for quite a while now and recently, I decided to buy their Beauty Balm in light. The product arrived, but it turned out to be too dark for my skin tone. It was a bit disappointing, but I get that buying makeup online can be tricky with the colours. I checked their returns policy, which said I could email them for an exchange. So, I sent an email explaining the situation. To my surprise, within hours, I got a reply from Caroline saying they'd already sent a replacement. I was really impressed by how quick they were and how great their customer service was. It's not often you find such efficient and helpful service nowadays, so I want to give credit where it's due. Thanks a lot for the excellent service.
Lovely lipsticks
Oh my goodness, I absolutely adore these lipsticks! They offer fantastic recommendations on which colours would complement you, so you aren't splurging on ones that don't suit you. There's an abundance of shades to pick from. The lip pencils are a tad powdery, but there's a wide selection of colours to coordinate with your lipstick choice. The makeup tutorials are incredibly beneficial, and the blogs are quite engaging. They delve into topics that us "women of a certain age" can really connect with. In general, it's a brand that truly caters to us more mature ladies, and I wholeheartedly support it!
Foundation purchase, satisfactory products
I've bought a few things from this company and I must say, I've been really impressed with the variety of products they have. One thing that really caught my eye was their great returns policy. I decided to try their Continuous Cover Foundation as I thought it might be better than my usual L’Oreal one. Unfortunately, the shade didn't quite suit me and I ended up looking a bit sunburnt. But thanks to their amazing returns policy, I was able to send it back easily and get a refund on my gift card. Their customer service really puts them ahead of other companies in the beauty industry.
Great makeup products
Oh my goodness, these makeup products are absolutely amazing! They make me feel like a real queen 👑. The delivery was so fast, and I love that they have options for us older ladies who still want to rock our makeup looks. I'm so excited to buy more products from here!
Unauthorized charges
I am so angry about the dodgy charges on my credit card from this company. I've never even heard of them, let alone bought anything from them. Taking $80 from my account without asking is just not on. I've spoken to the bank to challenge these charges and I won't stop until I get my money back. It's so annoying and unfair to be in this mess, and I'll definitely warn others about this shady company.
Fabulous products, mature skin, customer care
I recently bought some great products that are made for mature skin, and I have to say, they really made a difference. But what really stood out to me was their straightforward refund or exchange policy - you can't get better customer service than that. Moisturising day and night cream
I can't praise the products I've bought from this brand enough. The moisturising day and night cream is just amazing and has now become a must-have in my skincare routine. I use it all the time and even got my husband to give it a go when his face was feeling rough from the cold weather. Now he uses it a lot and really likes that it's not oily but still helps his skin feel better. I've also liked using the exfoliator, hand cream, lipstick, primer, and eye shadows - they have all gone above and beyond my hopes for their quality and how well they work.
Coral Pop blush and Russet lipstick
Oh my goodness, you guys, you have to hear this! So, ages ago I had my colours done, thinking I was all about cool tones. But then my veins started playing up, making me question if warm tones might suit me better. I took a chance with this Coral Pop blush and Russet lipstick, and oh my gosh, they are absolutely fantastic! They complement me so well and give me such a confidence boost. Don't get me wrong, I still adore my neutrals, especially the Rosewood, but I am absolutely loving these new warm shades. Turns out, I'm a warm Spring person after all! Hooray!
Nude lip liner and grey eyeliner

I've been using eye and lip liners for years now. Had a bit of a fright with a pencil that kept breaking, so I swore off them for a while. But it's been a struggle to find liners in just the right shades until I came across these ones. They go on like a dream and stay put all day. I bought two eye liners from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with them. They're definitely the best eye liners I've ever used and they're so easy to put on. I've spent a lot of money on eye liners before, but these ones are unbeatable in terms of quality and price. I like that they work well for older women and younger girls too.
Light Look Beauty Balm 02
Recently, I bought the Light Look Beauty Balm 02 from Look Fabulous Forever. I've been a loyal customer of this brand for quite some time and always loved their products. However, when I tried this beauty balm, I was a bit let down by the results. Even though I put it on after my moisturiser, it looked quite orangey and didn't blend in properly on my skin. Gave it a go twice, but got the same outcome each time. Not sure if I'm using it wrong or if the shade just isn't right for my skin tone.
Highlighter and primer
I really love all the products I bought from here! Honestly, my friends keep saying how great I look since I started using them. The highlighter? Amazing, no question! And the face primer I got today? Oh my goodness! Putting it on felt like a nice little spa treatment for my face.
Dusty Rose Longer Lasting lipstick
A couple of years back, I bought the Dusty Rose Longer Lasting lipstick and I really liked the colour and how long it lasted without fading. But, to my disappointment, when I bought it again recently on two separate occasions, it turned into a blue-pink shade on my lips shortly after applying. This sudden change in colour has put me off buying from this company in the future. I've never had this problem with any other lipsticks I've bought before, so it seems like they might have changed the formula without letting anyone know.

I bought some cosmetics recently but made a mistake in my order. So, I quickly emailed customer service in a panic, hoping they could fix it before sending out my order.
