    Dough mixer replacement

    It's such a great feeling to come across a company that really follows through on what they promise! My experience with ECatering was absolutely fantastic. My old dough mixer had stopped working and I urgently needed a replacement to keep my business going smoothly. Not only did ECatering have great prices, but my advisor, Matthew, really went the extra mile to get me an even better deal. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and really took care of everything. He even sorted out the delivery with the haulage contractors to make sure everything went seamlessly. It was such a relief! The delivery was right on time, and I was kept updated with texts and online tracking throughout. Couldn't ask for more. Top-notch service all round!

    I recently had a problem with my dishwasher, it had stopped heating and was no longer under warranty. I contacted the company for help, and I was really impressed by the service I got. Matthew from the technical team really went out of his way to assist me. Not only did he give me advice on how to fix the problem, but he also sent me a spare part at no cost!     Commercial 1200mm Quattro cooker hood

    I recently bought a 1200mm Quattro cooker hood from eCatering and I have to say I'm really pleased with it. Kate at eCatering gave me great advice and technical support to help me pick the right hood for my big home kitchen. The fitting instructions they sent were really helpful and made installing it a piece of cake. The Quattro cooker hood has a stylish design with smooth edges that softened the commercial look, fitting perfectly in my kitchen. The suction power is strong and surprisingly quiet. I'm really pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend eCatering to anyone in need of quality kitchen appliances.

    Commercial fridge purchase

    I bought a commercial fridge from this company not long ago and I'm really let down by their aftercare service. The fridge had problems from the start, and despite sending them loads of emails and being promised callbacks, the issue still hasn't been sorted. It's been more than two months now, and I'm no nearer to getting it fixed. The buying and delivery were quick, but the lack of help and follow-up afterwards has been absolutely terrible. They really need to rethink how they handle customer service, it's clear they're struggling to keep up with demand.

    Electric insect zappers and large gloves

    I recently bought some stuff from this company and I was really let down by the quality of what I got. The second-hand electric bug zapper only had one working bar, which is just not on. On top of that, the large gloves I ordered were the wrong size, making me even more annoyed as I now have to send them back. The loo roll they chucked in with my order was so dodgy it looked like a kid had wrapped it on a stupidly huge cardboard tube. The amount they charged for this rubbish is just way too much and doesn't match up with what I got. I feel like I've been totally ripped off by this lot and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    I bought a fryer for my business not long ago, but less than three months later, it broke down and can't be used. I got in touch with the company, and they told me the replacement part had to be sent from China, which would take about ten days. It's been over a month now, and even after many calls to check on it, the part still hasn't turned up. The customer service has been terrible, with the staff straight up lying about the delivery status. This whole situation has definitely shown me that it's not worth buying cheap equipment from suppliers overseas.

    I bought a fridge from eCatering not long ago and honestly, it was a nightmare! It broke in less than a month and when I reached out for help, the customer service was absolutely awful. They didn't seem interested in helping me at all and actually asked me to hire my own engineer to prove it was their fault. Can you believe it? So frustrating!

    Countertop fryer

    I recently bought a countertop fryer from a catering company, with them promising me next day delivery. As a cafe owner, this fryer was crucial for our kitchen, especially as our current one broke down out of the blue. The delivery was supposed to be the next day, but it didn't turn up. I was not happy about it because it caused us a lot of trouble, particularly during the busy bank holiday weekend. It's just not on that they said they tried to deliver it when I was in my cafe until 6 pm.
