I used to adore this place, ordering from them every week for ages. Lately though, they never seem to have the sourdough bread I love! I even asked for two loaves just in case, but no luck. On top of that, they sent me red cabbage instead of the organic one I wanted. Like, what am I going to do with that? My bread is essential, and they keep making mistakes. Sure, they tried to make up for it with vouchers, but it's just not the same. I'm done with them, won't renew my membership. Time to head back to Waitrose, I suppose.

Must go for it.Discount vouchers not working
The marketing department kindly sent me some discount vouchers, which was really nice of them considering I'm a pensioner and every little bit helps, you know? However, when I attempted to use the vouchers, they just wouldn't work! I made sure to use them right away, but the website indicated they had already been used. So, I ended up wasting my time trying to reach out to customer services, but unfortunately, they weren't very helpful at all. They seemed disinterested and didn't really want to help me. And as for Ocado's response below, it felt insincere and like they were just going through the motions. I definitely won't be turning to social media for assistance, that's for sure.
Fresh fruit purchase
This is now the second week that I've ordered fresh fruit from them and received items right on the brink of expiry. I contacted customer service about this issue and all I got was a generic response about how the website states the expected shelf life of the products. Getting mouldy fruit for two weeks straight is just not on. The quality of the produce has really gone downhill and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Despite the friendly drivers, I can't count on them anymore for my weekly shop.

They billed me twice, which really bugs my bank and forces me to place the order again. And when I tried to get help from customer service, they were no help at all in resolving the issue.
Missing items, overcharging, poor delivery service
Dealing with this online grocery service has been a total nightmare. For the third week in a row, I've had things missing from my delivery that I've been charged for. It's like a never-ending game of trying to figure out what's gone wrong. Last week I was missing around £20 worth of items, and this week it's even worse at £40. It's just ridiculous and not on at all. Trying to keep track of everything during these uncertain times is hard enough, but Ocado just makes it all the more chaotic. The prices are way too high, it feels like robbery. So, I've had enough and I'm going back to good old Tesco.
Spoiled milk, hard pears, declining quality
I'm really disappointed with the stuff I bought online at that grocery store recently. The milk I got turned to solid three days before the expiry date, even though I kept it properly chilled in the fridge. Also, those pears were super hard and basically impossible to eat compared to the ones I usually buy from elsewhere, which are always so good. It looks like the products from that store are getting worse in quality, and I can't help but wonder why.

I had an awful time with the delivery bloke. He parked his van right across my driveway, wouldn't shift it, and was so rude and disrespectful. I ended up having to move his shopping onto the pavement because he wouldn't move. It was an absolute nightmare.

Shopping delivery mishap
I got a delivery from an online grocery shop the other day and it wasn't great. The packaging was really bad and some of the wine bottles broke, liquids leaked everywhere, and some items got ruined. The delivery driver said sorry and told me that this kind of thing happens a lot. I'm really let down by this experience and I probably won't use their services again.
