Healthy produce, knowledgeable staff, affordable prices
I'm really pleased to see a new store in the borough that has such a great selection of healthy food at affordable prices. The staff there are super helpful and always ready to assist with any queries, especially when it comes to those tricky-to-say product names! I admire the store's dedication to sourcing responsibly and supporting local producers. And the fact that their prices are cheaper than the major supermarket chains is a massive plus. It's definitely become my top choice for all things organic and healthy.

Delivery services is quite satisfactory.Peak pandemic purchase
I placed an order during the peak of the pandemic and received my parcel before others, which was a nice surprise. Although the items were a bit pricier than I'm used to, I was happy with my purchases. I'll definitely be purchasing the cranberry organic bread and fat free peanut butter again. The vegan chocolate products were a bit costly, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they tasted.
kale sprouts
I bought some kale sprouts from this shop not too long ago, but one of the packs I got was definitely past its best. It's a bit worrying because eating spoiled food can make you ill. I tried to get in touch with their customer service on the phone, but it seems like they don't have one. I even attempted to reach out via email, but no luck there either. Because of this bad experience and the lack of good customer service, I won't be buying from them in the future. Just a heads up to watch out for the quality and customer service at this store!
Organic groceries
The range of organic groceries at Planet Organic is really great, they have a wide selection of high-quality products to choose from. However, I found their customer service to be quite disappointing. The way they handle sensitive customer information and their lack of respect for privacy is worrying. Plus, it's not right for them to refuse refunds when they're supposed to provide them by law. It seems like bad customer service is a problem throughout the whole company, as shown by their unhelpful responses to other customers' complaints on different review sites. It's a shame that a company that says they care about health and wellness would act this way. Hopefully, they'll make some improvements soon so they don't run into more financial trouble and have to close stores.
Chilled Cherry Juice
I recently ordered some chilled cherry juice and it arrived right on time in a cool bag with a clear 'Must be delivered today' label on the box. Normally, when I buy this product in stores or online, it never comes chilled, so I always worry about its quality. However, this time I was happily surprised by how well it was handled during delivery. I must say, I was very impressed with the service.
Vitamix blender accessories purchase
I bought some Vitamix blender accessories recently from this shop and I have to say I was really let down by the condition they arrived in. The box inside was all battered and looked like it had been opened before, and the accessories themselves were all scratched up, grubby, and definitely not brand new. There was even bits of food stuck on the bowl! I emailed their customer service team, sending over some photos of the damage, but it's been 6 days now and I still haven't heard anything back. It's just not on, bad products and no communication, I can't accept that.
Vitamin supplements with short shelf life
I bought some vitamin supplements from this shop recently and I was really disappointed to see that the best-before dates were very short. One of the products I got only lasted for three months, which I think is really not good enough. When I'm a customer, I think I should be told about these short expiration dates before I buy something. It's not fair and it's annoying to find out about it afterwards. I like getting discounts on products, but I don't want it to be because the quality and how long it lasts is affected.
Good product range, overpriced
I decided to check out Planet Organic at first because they have such a wide range of products, but I ended up feeling let down by their expensive prices. I discovered that I could get better value for my money by shopping at places like As Nature Intended instead.
Fresh juice purchase
I'm a regular customer at this store and I've usually had good experiences, but my last visit was a bit disappointing because of the deputy manager. I bought a juice and there was a bit leftover in the juicer, which is normal. Instead of offering it to me in a shot cup or filling up my juice container, the deputy manager decided to drink it with her colleague right in front of me. I thought that was unprofessional and rude. When I asked her about it, she responded dismissively and walked away. This sort of service isn't good enough and it really bothered me, literally left a bad taste in my mouth.
Large grocery order
I ordered a big shop from this organic store recently and I was really let down by how it all went. A week later, I got an email saying one of the things I wanted was out of stock. I replied that I still wanted the rest, but then they cancelled the whole lot without another word. The way they handled it and the lack of communication is just not on, it's proper unacceptable. Honestly, I'm not sure if I'll be shopping there again after this.

The shop had some really nice products, but the customer service was absolutely terrible! My mum, who is a tourist, got treated really badly by this employee called Christina. She was so rude and disrespectful to my mum, who was just hoping to make a video for her vlog. I overheard Christina saying mean things about my mum, and when I confronted her, she was even more horrible! It's not right to treat someone like that, especially when all they wanted to do was show some love for the shop and share their experience with others. Hiring unfriendly staff like Christina will only drive customers away, which is a shame because they do have some pretty cool organic stuff.
Medical probiotic
I had such a terrible time at this shop. I bought a medical probiotic, but it got sent to the wrong place. It took two whole days for my neighbour to bring it over, but I didn't want to use it after it had been sitting at some other person's house. The customer service was no help at all and wouldn't sort out the return for me. They made me pay for the shipping back so I could get a refund. It was just awful.
Vitamins and supplements
I bought some vitamins and supplements online not long ago but ran into some trouble with the delivery. The carrier they used mistakenly sent my order to the wrong address, so I never got my hands on the items. It's been a real hassle trying to figure out where my package ended up, and I've not had much luck so far. The company is now saying they need up to 10 business days to look into what happened, which I think is just not on. I paid for a service and they haven't delivered, which is really disappointing. The customer service and lack of responsibility from this company has left me feeling very let down.

I've been coming to this store quite often, and I've noticed that the customer service isn't what it used to be. Of course, there are still a few helpful and friendly staff members, but most of them seem like they can't be bothered to assist customers. It's annoying to deal with the same problems every time I come here, and it's making the whole shopping experience a drag. Even though I've been trying to be a loyal customer, it feels like my efforts aren't valued. So, I'm thinking about getting my organic groceries and supplements from another online store instead.
