Citrus Burst Cocktail
I thought I'd give The Cocktail Man another chance after my last time with them, but sadly, I was let down once again. I went for the citrus burst cocktail kit, hoping for a zesty and lively drink like an Aperol Spritz. Much to my disappointment, most of the boba in the kit had melted away and it had expired back in March 2022. The dried grapefruit seemed sketchy due to the kit's age, so I skipped that too. Instead of the promised citrus "sliqueur," I got an orange one, which resulted in a nearly clear drink that looked nothing like the picture. The flavour was bland and definitely not close to an Aperol Spritz. What really got me was when I tried to reach out to them about my worries, I only got an automatic reply saying they'd get back to me in 24 hours. It's been nearly 3 weeks now, and there's still no word from them. Just a simple acknowledgment of the problem and an apology would have been fine, but this lack of communication is just not on.
Mango and Passion Fruit Mojito and Salted Caramel Old Fashioneds
I recently came across this online shop and I have to say, I was really impressed with my experience. The customer service was top-notch, and the products were of really good quality. I tried out the Mango and Passion Fruit Mojito as well as the Salted Caramel Old Fashioneds, and they were both absolutely delicious. The cocktails were expertly made and tasted amazing.
The delivery was quick, and the packaging was really nicely done, making it a great option for a gift or a treat for yourself. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a premium cocktail experience. All in all, it was a fantastic discovery and I will definitely be a repeat customer.Broken rum bottle in Tropical cooler kit
I ordered the Tropical cooler kit from this place not long ago, and boy was I let down when I opened the package and saw that one of the rum bottles was smashed. I got in touch with customer service straight away, sent them a snap of the damage, but all I got back was an automatic response and no real help. It's really annoying to see other people saying it was just a small mistake, when my experience has been a total nightmare. I've reached out lots of times now and still nothing has been sorted, so I reckon it's fair to say my hopes have really gone downhill.

I ordered some cocktails from this place and they were really nice. But oh my gosh, the customer service is terrible! I've tried reaching out to them via email, Facebook, and Instagram but they completely ignored me. So rude! It seems like they don't value their customers at all. Plus, they keep charging me without even responding to my messages. It's so frustrating!
Cocktail delivery arrived smashed
I got my cocktail delivery the other week, but it showed up all broken. I sent emails and videos of the smashed items to customer service right away. They said they'd get back to me in 24 hours, but I haven't heard a peep since. It's a real letdown, especially since it was supposed to be a gift for Christmas, and now it's wrecked.
Online cocktail mixing kit
I bought a cocktail mixing kit online from this company recently and it's been a nightmare. Their customer service is terrible. I made the order seven weeks ago, they took my money, but I still haven't got my goods. I've sent them several emails but no reply. There's no phone number to call them, which is really annoying. It's sad to see a company that was once reliable now failing in customer service. I have to now take this up with my credit card company.
Mocktail set
I ordered this really nice mocktail set about a month ago, but guess what, it never arrived! Apparently, it got sent to Timbuktu or something, all thanks to Royal Mail. I tried reaching out to them, but no one replied. So, yeah, I'm not impressed at all.

I bought a cocktail-making kit online from this company not long ago, but it was a total disaster. I waited for weeks, but the gift I got never turned up. The company's communication and transparency were really bad. I tried emailing them several times, but never got a reply. It seems like they care more about social media than looking after customers, which is really disappointing. I should've checked them out more before buying from them, as this experience showed they're not reliable or honest. Stay away from this company at all costs.

I bought something from your shop not long ago, but it was sent to me in the wrong way. I've tried contacting your customer service quite a few times by email, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's been a bit disappointing and I'm feeling frustrated because of the lack of communication.
Cocktail order
I ordered some cocktails from this place, and they arrived really quickly! I placed the order on Thursday, and bam, they were at my door the next day. The cocktails were absolutely delicious, like seriously, amazing! Huge thanks to Cocktail Man for the fantastic drinks!
Espresso martini kit and combo box of cupcakes
I ordered the espresso martini kit and cupcakes, but at first, I only received one flavour of cupcakes. They sorted it out in the end though, so everything's fine. The espresso martini was absolutely delicious! I've had quite a few in my time, and this one is definitely the best so far, haha.
Cocktail kit purchase
I thought I'd give this cocktail kit a go, but boy, it was a complete disaster. The ingredients they gave me were all over the place, the recipe didn't make sense, and when I reached out for help via email, I heard nothing back. It's really disappointing that I paid so much money and got no customer service whatsoever.
Gift box replacement order
I ordered a gift box from The Cocktail Man the other day to give to my friend. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I found that the bottles inside were broken. I was a bit upset about it, but I got in touch with customer service and they were really quick to sort it out. They sent me a new gift box without any fuss at all. I have to say, I was really impressed with how they dealt with the problem and made sure I got a replacement in time for the event. The products in the gift box were top quality and my friend absolutely loved the cocktails.
Subscription cocktail kit
I've finally started getting my cocktails after waiting for ages. I signed up for a yearly subscription and only got the first month's kit at first. I sent an email to the company but didn't hear anything back - it felt like they took my money and disappeared. I've got the kits now, but still no word from them. I'm not happy with their poor customer service.
Cocktail Mixers
If I could, I would definitely give this place zero stars without a second thought. The customer service is absolutely appalling, it's practically non-existent. It's like they have no concern whatsoever for their customers. I had a terrible experience and I promise myself that I will never order from them again.

I was really let down as a customer at The Cocktail Man. When I got my cocktail-making kit, it looked like the packaging had been messed with, like someone had opened it before it got to me. And on top of that, it took three whole weeks for my order to turn up, and I didn't get any updates or messages about where it was during that time. It made me feel pretty annoyed and disappointed with the whole thing.
Mojitos kit with Equiano rum substituted for Barcardi, missing kits
I ordered several kits for work thank yous, with a particular interest in the Equiano rum mojitos kit. However, I received Barcardi instead. To make matters worse, two kits didn't arrive at all due to the poor delivery service from Evri.
Salted caramel whisky
I bought a bottle of salted caramel whisky for my friend who lives nearby to celebrate his birthday. The delivery was super speedy, it got there just in time for the party. He was really impressed with the quality of the drink that he couldn't resist trying some of the chocolate that came with it before even mixing up the cocktail! He's a huge fan of whisky, especially the classic Monkey Shoulder, so I'm sure he'd enjoy that option too. This small business is really onto something - sending cocktails in the post is a genius idea, it makes you wonder why nobody thought of it sooner!
Limited edition drinks sets
I recently bought one of the limited edition drinks sets from this company and I was really impressed with the quality and range of products included. The sliquers are amazing for making loads of different cocktails, and I'm really hoping they bring out even more in the future. These products also make great gifts for yourself and others, bringing a touch of class to any event.
Cocktail Mix Set
I recently got a Cocktail Mix Set from your site and to be honest, I've not been too happy with how things have gone. I ordered it on 15th March but still haven't got it yet. I've tried contacting your customer service team several times since 23rd March but only got one standard email back, saying they'd get back to me in 24 hours. The order got sent back to you by mistake on 18th March and I'm still waiting for it to be sorted out. It's quite disappointing to see such a lack of communication and efficiency when it comes to dealing with customer problems. Hopefully, this feedback will help you improve your customer service for the future.
