    I have to say, the customer service at this place is absolutely fantastic. The staff, especially Susan over at the self-checkouts, really goes the extra mile to ensure you're looked after. Susan is a real gem - she's always so friendly, helpful, and provides such incredible customer service that truly stands out. It's so nice to have someone who actually seems to care about what they're doing and the people they're helping. Well done, Susan, keep it up!

    I have to say, being a customer at this supermarket is brilliant. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they always make my shopping trip a joy. The range of fresh produce is always impressive and there's so much to choose from. I even picked up some stunning flowers the other day at a great price, they really brightened up my home. Massive respect to the staff here for always going above and beyond to provide great customer service.

    I went shopping with my mum at this really fancy place, and I was just relaxing, right? Suddenly, I had really bad diarrhoea and used up all the nappies. The nappy machine was broken, which was a nightmare. But then the manager came to help, gave us nappies, wipes, and even some tea. And you won't believe it - they also gave me a Thomas the Tank Engine toy! I was so surprised and grateful, you know?

    This supermarket offers a good variety of fresh produce and organic products, which I like. But I have to give it a lower rating because they often wrongly label their fruit as "ripe" or "perfectly ripe" when it's obviously not. It's annoying to purchase fruit that's almost not edible due to being unripe. It's deceptive and doesn't sit well with me.

    I bought some sunglasses from this shop that were supposed to be scratch and impact resistant. The store was really poorly lit, so it was hard to check them properly. But when I got home and took them out of the packaging, I was surprised to see loads of scratches on the lenses. It's really disappointing to find such poor quality items being sold at this supermarket.

    Gluten free frozen food

    I'm really disappointed with the lack of gluten-free frozen food options at this store. I have Celiac disease, so I rely on Waitrose for a good range of gluten-free products. Lately, I've noticed a big drop in the gluten-free frozen food selection. It's just not on, because having Celiac disease isn't a choice - it's a medical thing. It's pretty disheartening to hear that even some of the staff think this isn't right, but nothing's being done about it. I went to the store today and there weren't any gluten-free pizzas in the freezer at all. This is a big problem that needs sorting out quickly.

    I've been to a few branches lately and I've noticed that the coffee machines for free members coffee have been out of order. It's happened several times at different branches, with the machines either broken or hidden behind displays. As a loyal customer who loves the free coffee perk, I can't help but wonder if Waitrose is still offering this service.

    Meat and fish counter check

    I had a terrible experience at a store recently. Twice, the security staff made me feel uncomfortable for no reason. When I visited last time, I was just looking at the meat and fish counter without buying anything. But when I was leaving, a security guard came up to me aggressively and wanted to search my bag. I felt uneasy, so I asked for help from other staff. Turns out, the security guard had no valid reason to search me.

    When I talked to the store manager about what happened, I found out that the security staff were not actually employed by the store, but were contracted in. I wasn't happy with that response, as I believe the store is responsible for everyone working there, including security. It was clear that the security staff didn't have the right training or understanding of their role, thinking they could search people without reason. So, I've decided to stop shopping at that store. Even though I left my details with the manager, I never received an apology or any contact, even though this happened about a year ago. I won't be going back to that store again.

    I went to the shop to buy some fresh fish, but I was let down because no one was working at the fish counter. When I tried to buy some Oysters, I was informed that there was no one available to assist me. The poor customer service left me feeling really frustrated and disappointed.

    I've been a customer here for a long time and I just wanted to say how frustrated I am with the new self-service checkouts they've installed in the store. I mean, sure, they might be handy if you're just grabbing a snack or a drink, but they're pretty useless for those of us who do our big weekly shops. It just feels like they're prioritising the needs of people popping in for a quick lunch over us regular, loyal customers.

    The stock levels in this store are really disappointing, to be honest. Whenever I try to order online, so many things I want are unexpectedly out of stock. It's really frustrating to have to start all over again each time. And let's not even talk about the delivery mess-up - my frozen items never even arrived. I tried to contact the delivery person several times, but heard nothing back. When I called customer service, they were unhelpful and basically told me to reorder and pay for delivery again. It's been a complete nightmare.

    Sorry excuse for groceries

    This place has really gone downhill in the past year. They hardly ever have what I need in stock, and everything seems to go bad super quickly. I went there tonight looking for some water, and there was none of theirs left. A staff member tried to offer me a more expensive option, which was nice, but their manager said no. So I left without what I needed and very disappointed in their customer service. Waitrose used to be so good, what happened to them?

    Online grocery delivery experience

    I was really disappointed with my online grocery delivery experience. I ordered items for a family of four but a lot of stuff was out of stock and the substitutes weren't appropriate for a family meal. I ended up having to give some items back to the delivery person and then had to go to the store myself to get what I needed. The service was not up to scratch in my opinion.

    I've been coming to this supermarket for a while now and I've noticed that things have changed at the checkout counters. They've replaced some of the staffed ones with those self-checkout machines which can be a real pain, especially when you've got a trolley full of shopping like I do every week. It feels like they're more interested in saving money than making sure we have a good shopping experience.

    Today when I went shopping at my local grocery store, I was really let down by the whole experience. As I was looking around the aisles for my weekly shop, I couldn't help but see how messy and disorganised the store was. The shelves were all over the place, things were out of stock or in the wrong spot. And to top it off, getting to the checkout was a nightmare - long queues and slow service made me wait forever. It was just a real pain.
