    Flowers took the scenic route

    they left Milton Keynes, popped into St Helens (practically next door to us), then, for reasons unknown, went off to Manchester. Two days late. Two days less fresh. Annoying, obviously. I complained, expecting nothing, and to my surprise got a partial refund and a polite apology — so yes, service redeemed itself slightly, but only after I'd fumed a bit. The blooms were still nice when they arrived, just a bit tired-looking, you know? All in all: ordering was easy, delivery was a mess, and I’m relieved my wife still smiled, though I’ll be wary next time. Lesson learnt: don’t trust the tracker too blindly.

    Pretty picture, sad handful

    one rose, two lilies, a woeful splash of green and that was it. It felt limp, a bit sad (my colleague literally called it a posy and she wasn’t far off). I messaged customer service and sent photos; after a bit of back-and-forth they offered a replacement, which I appreciated, but the swap was basically the same — maybe worse, one bloom looked like it had seen better days. Opening it was underwhelming. I wanted something that felt generous and seasonal; instead it felt fiddly and stingy. If you’re buying to mark a birthday, maybe look elsewhere unless small, scrappy bouquets are your thing.

I needed something bright for my mum's 70th; she'd just come home from a short hospital stay and I wanted to cheer her up. The bouquet arrived on time, which mattered most. It wasn't the exact picture on the site — more foliage and fewer big blooms than I pictured — and I did pause when I saw it. But my mum loved it. The colours still popped and the arrangement felt cheerful, even if less flamboyant than the photo. I messaged customer service with a grumble and got a prompt, reasonable reply, an apology and a small voucher for next time, which smoothed things over. So yes, I had doubts; they didn't vanish straight away, but by the end I was glad I went ahead. Would use again.

    A birthday bouquet that fell short

    tucked in among the foliage was a single rose that still smelled lovely, which was surprisingly nice and actually cheered her up for five minutes. Anyway, I got in touch with customer care because I thought they’d want to know and sort it. Their reply basically said they couldn’t do anything because of a 7‑day complaints window, and that was that. I tried to explain it was a birthday present and that she’d opened it on the day, but they stuck to the policy and didn’t offer any goodwill gesture. Delivery itself didn’t seem to be the problem — it arrived on the day — but the quality and the follow‑up were disappointing. All in all, the product didn’t match the promise and the customer service was pretty unsympathetic. If you’re buying something for a special occasion I’d be cautious; the one nice rose was a surprise, but it wasn’t nearly enough to make up for the rest.

    Birthday flowers surprise

    I ordered some birthday flowers for my friend and they arrived on time, which was good. However, there wasn't a message included with the flowers! So my friend had no idea who they were from, and it completely ruined the surprise. I tried to complain but couldn't find an email address on the website. When I attempted to use the chat function, it just sent me a list of unhelpful answers. I'm really frustrated with the service and definitely won't be using them again.

    Flower order with personalized card

    I ordered some flowers and requested a personalised card with a lovely message on it. However, I was disappointed to discover after paying that the card would be blank. I got in touch with them immediately after receiving the email confirmation, within just 4 minutes. Unfortunately, they were unhelpful and refused to fix the mistake, insisting it was my fault. They wouldn't even cancel my order when I requested it. Their customer service left a lot to be desired.

    Dead flowers for wife's 50th.

    I can't believe how disappointing the flowers I ordered from this place turned out to be. They were the saddest, most dead-looking bunch I've ever seen! When they arrived for my wife's 50th birthday, I was in shock. It not only ruined the occasion but also left me feeling helpless as I couldn't get a refund or properly express my dissatisfaction. The chat bot just ignored me like I was insignificant. Do yourself a favour and head to Waitrose instead. Their peonies are much cheaper and actually look alive and fresh. If anyone from that flower place actually gives a care, my order number is WA20536153.

    Forgot birthday delivery

    I ordered some flowers for my friend's birthday and made sure to choose her actual birthday as the delivery date. But, you know what? It was all a bit of a letdown because the flowers didn't turn up on time like they said they would. Pretty disappointing, to be honest – it totally spoilt the surprise I had in mind for her big day.     Two bouquet purchase

    I recently bought two absolutely lovely bouquets from an online florist. One of them, filled with these beautiful roses, was just breathtaking. I did have a bit of confusion at first about when one of the bouquets would arrive, because I only got an email about one. They later told me it might come as late as 9pm, which they hadn't mentioned before. They also mentioned the possibility of next-day delivery, which I wasn't too happy about. But I was relieved to see that both bouquets arrived on the day I asked for. The flowers were really top quality and the people who got them were over the moon with how they looked. All in all, it ended up being a pretty good experience with a good result.

    I've used this flower delivery service a few times now because I'm often working abroad and like surprising my wife with flowers.     Peony flower delivery

    I've been using this flower delivery service for a while now and, on the whole, I've been pretty happy with it. The peonies I ordered came in good condition, although they were closed as expected. It was a lovely surprise to see a little box of chocolates along with the flowers, a nice extra touch. The people I sent the peonies to were thrilled with the bouquet, and the flowers opened up quickly once they were put in water. Nevertheless, I was a bit disappointed that the peonies didn't last as long as I had hoped - they only lasted less than a week. I'm not sure if that's the usual lifespan for peonies, but it would have been nice if they lasted a bit longer.

    I ordered some flowers and chocolates for a special occasion, really wanting to surprise someone special. But, uh-oh, the delivery turned into a bit of a nightmare. The flowers showed up late, just dumped in the front garden, and the delivery person didn't even bother to knock on the door. And to top it off, the free box of chocolates that was meant to come with the flowers never showed up. It was a total letdown and definitely not the lovely surprise I had in mind.
