I recently bought a watch from H.S. Johnson and I have to say, I was really pleased with the whole thing. The price was really good, especially when you compare it to other fancy jewellers. The only thing that let it down was the delivery from Royal Mail. The postman just left the parcel at my door without even ringing the bell, which could have been a disaster if I hadn't caught sight of him through the window. Even though I love the watch, I'm now a bit wary about buying anything expensive from this shop again because of the delivery problems.
Black Friday watch purchase
I recently bought a watch from H.S. Johnson during their Black Friday sale to give as a Christmas gift. The watch itself is really nice, but I was a bit disappointed with the whole experience. It took nearly four weeks for the watch to be delivered to Finland, which was a lot longer than I expected. Another watch I ordered from a different UK retailer on Black Friday arrived the very next working day, so the difference in delivery times was quite frustrating and made me feel a bit let down.
Another problem that affected my experience was the warranty card that came with the watch. H.S. Johnson's website says that watches come with all the paperwork, but the warranty card I got was completely blank. When I contacted customer service about this, they told me to send the warranty card back so they could fill it in and send it back to me. However, the idea of waiting two months for a warranty card to go back and forth seemed really inconvenient and inefficient.
In general, the watch was nice, but the long delivery time and blank warranty card have left me feeling disappointed with my purchase. I won't be considering ordering from H.S. Johnson again in the future.Second watch from this shop

I recently bought a watch online and the whole ordering process was straightforward. There were lots of options to choose from, which was great. However, I was really let down by the delivery service. I placed my order on May 29th and it got to Chicago on June 6th. But it's been two weeks now and I still haven't got it here in Michigan.
