    I've been using this data recovery software quite a bit, and I must say it's been really great in terms of how well it works.     Video editing software for short social media content

    I bought a fancy premium account for a data recovery software not long ago, but I've had loads of trouble logging in ever since. I've tried everything the support team suggested, but nothing has worked. I then asked for my money back, as per their policy, but the support team said no three times. They weren't very nice or helpful, and I felt really unhappy about the whole thing. I suggest that people stay away from this software and go for something else that's easier to use and more dependable.

    Cancelled stock footage rebilling

    I decided to stop the stock footage rebilling from this company because they billed me without asking. I got the stock footage for free when I first got filmora, but when they tried to charge me, I cancelled the rebill. However, they still charged me. The customer service was not helpful at all, with only a chat AI that didn't respond and an unhelpful international phone number. I wish I had checked reviews before buying their software. This whole thing has left me feeling frustrated and like I've been taken advantage of.

    Film editing program

    Filmora is such a great program for your computer or phone! I've been using it since version 10 and it's really simple to use. There are loads of effects and transitions included, which is really cool. It's great for beginners or anyone who is new to video editing. The support is also really good, you get help quickly and they might even solve your issue right then and there!

    I've found that Filmora software does the job nicely and suits what I need it for. But, I must say, I was a bit let down by the sneaky 'Free??' extra subscriptions they try to sell you. It all seemed a bit dodgy, like they were trying to trick you into buying more without really asking. I reckon they'd do better in the long run if they were more upfront and fair with their customers. So, yeah, I'd say the software is alright, but just watch out for those extra subscriptions, okay?

    Surveillance system video file recovery software

    I bought the software after seeing a video on YouTube that said it could recover video files from my surveillance system. But when I tried to use it, it kept saying my files were corrupt. I got in touch with customer support for help, but all they did was ask me to send them the corrupted files so they could check it out. I think it's not fair that I have to go through all this just to make the software work properly.
    I asked for a refund within the 7-day trial period, but they said no at first. However, after a lot of emails and chats, they finally agreed to give me my money back, which I thought was a nice gesture of goodwill.

    I recently bought some editing software for my projects and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. I thought I was getting Filmora for €80, but they ended up charging me €95.99 - not great. On top of that, I had some trouble with an unexpected subscription that messed up how much I could do with the software. And to make matters worse, I couldn't even get into my account because of some supposed firewall issue, so reaching customer service for help was impossible. All in all, it's been a pretty disappointing experience.

    This company gives you a free trial, but if you decide to cancel, they conveniently forget to give you a refund. And to make matters worse, they sneakily set up automatic renewals for subscriptions you never even agreed to. It's just completely unfair and abusive.

    RepairIt tool purchase

    I was really disappointed with my experience using the RepairIt tool from this company. They claimed it could fix all sorts of files, but I soon realised it couldn't even support .docx files, which are pretty common for documents. And to make matters worse, once I downloaded it, I was asked to buy it to actually make it work properly. It was all pretty unclear and just didn't do what I needed it to. I was left feeling frustrated and like I'd been led on a bit. In the end, the company's dodgy product claims and unreliable software just didn't sit right with me.
