AMAZING EXPERIENCE
I recently used this insurance company and it was brilliant! The website was really user-friendly and I found exactly what I was looking for in no time at all. Their prices were competitive and I received my insurance documents really quickly. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. On top of all that, I also get benefits like cash back, which is amazing! I would highly recommend this insurance company to anyone.

ASDA a known agency from Insurance industry
As I have other insurances from here, I also use it for my pets protection as a whole not particular for accidents or illness.
I think if any one is serious about their pets security this is advisable to take full insurance.
Vetenery cost is really high and sometimes it's make us worry. So I have taken full insurance cover and leave everything to ASDA pet agency..Compassionate service

I bought some pet insurance from this company not too long ago, and I have to say, I wasn't very impressed with how everything went. Firstly, there just didn't seem to be much communication about what was actually covered and the terms of the policy. I had to keep getting in touch with the customer service team to ask questions, which got really annoying after a while. On top of that, the whole process of making a claim was a real hassle and it took forever. It took weeks to even hear back, and I had to keep chasing them up to find out what was going on. All in all, I was disappointed with how inefficient and unclear the customer service was.

I recently applied for a credit card with this company and I must say I've been really let down by the service. It's been three weeks now since I applied and still no sign of my card. I've called customer service several times and all they keep telling me is to wait patiently as my card is on its way. It's really frustrating having to wait this long without any indication of when my card will finally arrive. The lack of urgency and communication from the company is simply not good enough.

Pet Insurance
After paying Insurance for our dog for ten years, £35 per month.
We made a claim at the end of her life, never claimed anything before.
The Vet filled in the form for us and after hearing nothing for over four weeks we emailed to find out what was happening and had a reply a few days later. We would have a bacs payment 0f £0.00 in a few days. Because of deductions !!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ABSOLUTE RUBBISH, WHAT A RIP-OFF !!! WHY BOTHER TO HAVE EXPENSIVE INSURANCE AT ALL.
