    Subscription service issue

    I recently had a really stressful and annoying time with this company's subscription service. I've always liked their products, but I got really irritated because there were hardly any options for me to control my subscription. The website said I could pause it, but I couldn't see how to do that when I checked my account. I spent ages, over an hour, trying to figure it out on the site, but in the end, I just decided to cancel my subscription completely. Even that was tricky because there didn't seem to be a clear way to delete my account, which left me feeling frustrated and not sure what to do next. I tried contacting them by phone and email, but it took a few goes before I finally got a response and managed to cancel my subscription.

    I'm really disappointed with the customer service I got after having an issue with a product I accidentally bought on a subscription. I was told over a year ago that I'd get a refund and be reimbursed for the postage, but every time I've tried to check on it since then, I've had no luck. It's really disheartening to see a company just ignoring their responsibilities and not taking care of their customers. The lack of accountability and respect for us customers is just not on and it's made me feel unimportant and like they don't value me at all. This kind of behaviour isn't what you'd expect from a good company that cares about its customers and appreciates their business.

    Bamboo face cloths

    I recently bought some bamboo face cloths and I was really let down by the excessive packaging they came in! The box they were delivered in was huge and filled with unnecessary Polystyrene, which was totally pointless as the cloths were not fragile at all. Plus, the cloths were wrapped in yet another box that ended up in the bin as well. It's frustrating how some companies still don't seem to care about the environment, especially with everyone talking about it so much lately. I've definitely decided not to purchase from them again!

    I bought a kit from your shop not long ago that had a cleanser, serum, face cloth, and two moisturisers - one for the morning and one for the evening. The stuff is definitely top-notch, with really good ingredients that do wonders for my older skin. I was surprised at how little of the product I needed to use, so even though they're small, I know each one will last me ages.

    Second purchase issue with DHL

    This is the second time I've bought things from this company, and it's been a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. I got a message from DHL saying I needed to pay an extra 90 euros on top of the 200 euros I'd already spent. I checked the invoice and saw I'd already paid the taxes when I ordered, so I was confused about why I was being asked to pay again. I sent a few emails to the company over the past week, but I didn't get any replies. To make things worse, I've already left Europe and now my stuff is stuck somewhere on the way.<br><br>Even though DHL said my order would arrive in 2 working days, it actually took much longer to ship. Up to now, I've still not heard back from the company, and my order could end up getting sent back to them.<br><br>Because of the delays and the fact that they're not talking to me, I asked for a refund, but once more, I didn't get a response. The lack of customer service and their unwillingness to sort out my issues is really disappointing. If my items get sent back, I'll lose my money and my stuff.<br><br>I really wouldn't recommend buying from this company given my experiences. The lack of communication, late delivery, and not fixing customer problems properly make it risky to shop with them online.

    I made an order with this company around two weeks ago, and I am really disappointed with the service I have got. It's been almost two weeks now, and I still haven't got my items, even though their website says orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days. I have sent a few emails asking about my order, but I haven't got any reply back. This isn't the first time I've had issues like this with this company. Also, I've noticed the bottles don't have as much product in them as they should, and despite being promised a free gift sample at checkout, I've never actually got one. It's frustrating because I do actually like their products, but the lack of reliability in their service is making me think about taking my business somewhere else.

    I ordered these reusable bamboo cotton pads expecting them to be lovely and soft, but they turned out to be really disappointing. They were rock hard and way too small, like trying to use a tiny marshmallow to remove makeup. I'm really disappointed with this product.

    The probiotic concentrate is amazing, but their customer service is terrible! I tried to contact them on Twitter and Facebook, but they never replied. There was a great sale a while ago, and I wanted to buy something for around £23, but the delivery fee wasn't working properly. Since no one answered my messages, I ended up going elsewhere.

    I've been using this brand for a good few years now, but I have to say, my recent experiences with their products have been pretty disappointing. Over the past year, I've bought two things from them, both of which have left me feeling pretty let down. The first thing I got was part of a big order, with some probiotic supplements. When they arrived, I was shocked to see that they were already expired, and the expiration date was only a week away. I got in touch with customer service to tell them about it, because there was no info on the website about the expiration date. Instead of saying sorry, they just updated the website with the new date, which felt a bit sneaky to me. The lack of honesty and the poor quality of the products were a letdown, especially after being a loyal customer for so long. Despite all that, I thought I'd give them another chance and made another big order recently. But, unfortunately, my second experience was just as disappointing. The products arrived all squished up in an envelope with no protective packaging or bubble wrap. The boxes were all crushed, but thankfully the products inside were okay. The lack of care in the packaging made me wonder about the quality and care put into the products themselves. After these experiences, I've decided I won't be buying from them again, and I won't be telling others to either.

    I'm gutted by my recent experience with this company. I've been a loyal customer since 2018 because their products are just top-notch. But my latest order was a letdown. They sent me the wrong size – smaller than what I paid for. It's been almost a month since the mistake, and it took four emails just to get a response. They admitted their error and said they'd send the correct size, but I'm still waiting. They promised to fix things by November 1st, but I've got no replacement, no shipping info, nothing. It's so disappointing to be treated like this, especially when it's an easy fix for them.

    Bad customer service

    I had a really terrible experience with this company. They didn't even acknowledge my order, ignored my emails, and then the product just turned up at my door out of nowhere. It was very poorly packaged in a massive box with hardly any padding. If it had been damaged, I don't think they would have done anything to assist. I won't be using them again!
