Ski jacket purchase
I was really pleased with how easy it was to find and order the ski jacket I wanted. The website was straightforward to use and I had no trouble finding the item I was after. Ordering it was a piece of cake and I was happy to get a confirmation email straight away. The delivery was quick and the jacket arrived right on time, just as I'd hoped. The quality of the jacket was even better than I expected, and it was just as described on the website. I gave the jacket as a gift to a friend, and they were over the moon with both the size and colour, which were just what they wanted. Overall, I was really happy with my experience as a customer at this store.
Summer wears
I always prepare myself before any summer season by buying all the protective apparel. However, I needed to shop double for this year's summer due to camping that was coming up. The fact that I needed to shop more also meant to me I could change where I used to shop from. That couldn't have been any other place than Blacks. At Blacks, I found everything I needed for my summer period, camping and everyday adventure at affordable rates, stock up of products that allows choices and selections, good delivery options and one of the best customer support units. It is indeed a nice place to be for all summer and adventurous wears. I recommend Blacks to anyone.
Split seams on walking shoes
I bought a pair of walking shoes from this shop not long ago. I was a bit let down when I discovered that the seams had split just behind the toe, a problem that it seems quite a few people have experienced based on online reviews. Despite that, I must say I was quite impressed with the service provided by the team at the Worcester store. They quickly gave me a credit without any fuss for the faulty shoes, and I was grateful for that. In the end, I decided to go for a different brand, Merrill Moabs, and I can definitely say I'm a lot more satisfied with them.
Morrell Accentor 3 Sport GTX walking shoes
I popped into the shop last week to look for some new walking shoes and was really happy with the selection they had. The guy working there knew his stuff and recommended the Morrell Accentor 3 Sport GTX in the granite/lava colour, which I ended up loving. He also told me all about the return policy and gave me a discount, which was a nice touch. I've been wearing the shoes for a bit now and they're super comfy, making my walks and hikes a lot better. I'll definitely be going back to the store when I need more outdoor gear.

I popped into the shop the other day to have a look at some rain jackets and ended up finding a really good one to buy.
Lightweight and well-fitting travel bag
I went to the shop the other day to find a nice, light travel bag for an upcoming trip. This guy called Harry helped us out and found the perfect bag for my partner. Harry really knew his stuff about the bags and suggested ones that suited my partner's needs. Plus, he was so nice and funny, it made shopping really fun for us.
Electric cool box purchase
I bought an electric cool box from this store recently and when I opened it outside another shop, I found that the plastic on one of the top corners was cracked. I took it back to the store straight away and the customer service was really great! The staff were so helpful and quickly sorted out a replacement for me without any problems. I've been shopping at this store for more than thirty years and I'm always impressed by the high quality of their products and the excellent service from their staff.
Rucksack and belt pack
I needed to get a small rucksack for my hand luggage last minute before heading abroad. The staff at the shop were really helpful and knew all about their rucksacks. They helped me find the perfect bag that was the right size for my trip and still had enough space for all my stuff. They even recommended a belt pack to keep my money and passport safe while travelling. The quality of both items is top-notch and the prices were fair. I'm so thankful for the amazing help and service I got during my visit.
Walking boots
I went into this shop looking for some good walking boots, and I was fortunate enough to get help from a wonderful lady called Dianne. She not only found me the ideal pair of boots but also made sure my husband got exactly what he was looking for. Her friendly attitude and relaxed approach really made the whole shopping trip pleasant and free of worries. I just wanted to share my experience at a shop in Shrewsbury where Darren was really helpful when I was buying a tent. He knew so much about the different options and was able to help me pick out the best one for what I needed. His help made shopping really easy and enjoyable. I was so impressed by how much he knew and how willing he was to make sure I was happy with my choice. If you're looking for outdoor gear, I'd definitely recommend getting Darren's help.
New trainers and a waterproof jacket
I was so excited to receive my new trainers and jacket from here, but boy, oh boy, what a hassle it turned out to be. I placed my order thinking it would arrive the next day but it didn't show up, completely messing up my weekend plans. So, I had to contact customer service to request a refund for the next day delivery, but let me tell you, it was a struggle. First, I had to deal with a robot, which was frustrating, and then when I finally spoke to a real person, I had to repeat myself several times because they couldn't understand me properly. On top of that, the email I received regarding the dispatch had an outdated customer care email, adding to the confusion. Nonetheless, the items I ordered looked good and were reasonably priced. I just hope they arrive soon.
Hiking boots
I had a brilliant time at the shop today. The guy working there, Darren, was so friendly and really helped me out. He helped me find just the right pair of hiking boots and gave me some great advice on all the options. I felt really good about my purchase after talking to him. It was a really nice and informative shopping trip.

I was so impressed with the customer service I got when I bought a backpack recently. Drew, the guy who helped me out, was amazing. I felt really valued as a customer because of the effort and care he put in.

I've just bought some air tent bedrooms from this shop, but ran into a couple of problems the first time I used them. However, I was really happy with the customer service at the store when I took them back. Callum at the Aintree store in Liverpool was brilliant, giving me a new replacement quickly and with no hassle. All in all, I'm pleased with how things were sorted out.
Outdoor jacket
I bought a jacket from the shop the other day and this young lad helped me out. Gotta admit, I was pretty impressed by how professional and helpful he was. Even though he was quite young, he knew his stuff about the jackets and gave me all the details I needed to choose one. Hiking boots
I went to the shop with my mum to buy some new socks but I ended up falling in love with these awesome hiking boots and decided to buy them instead. The lady, Luna, who helped us was really friendly and knowledgeable. She guided us through the different brands and made sure we found the perfect pair. Luna was patient and had a big smile the whole time. It was such a great experience!
Prosthetic leg trousers
I popped into the shop the other day to find some trousers that would fit my prosthetic leg. I needed ones with straight legs and at least 9 inches wide at the bottom. Lou, who works there, was really helpful and knew her stuff. She listened to what I needed and showed me all the options they had in store. Lou's knowledge and eagerness to help made shopping a breeze. Thanks to her, I found exactly what I needed and ended up buying more than I thought I would.
