Fresh flowers and peacock feathers gift with vases
I recently bought a beautiful letterbox gift that included fresh flowers and peacock feathers, as well as some lovely little vases. The package was put together carefully and I thought it was really good value for money. The person who received the gift was over the moon with it, and I was so pleased with their reaction. However, there was a small delay in the delivery date, which I didn't anticipate. I got in touch with customer service and Cynthia got back to me quickly, making sure the gift arrived on the originally planned day. I was really impressed with their customer service and the overall quality of the product. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.
Order placed for a birthday bouquet
I recently bought a birthday bouquet and I have to say, I was pretty happy with the service I got. The website was really easy to use, no problems at all ordering what I wanted. They kept me posted every step of the way which was great. My step-daughter loved the flowers and they arrived on her birthday just like I asked. Only thing was, they put a sympathy card instead of a birthday one, which was a bit of a letdown. Also, the delivery person left the parcel outside in the rain even though someone was home. The company said they'd send another card and promised they'd sort things out with the courier.
Party letterbox pack with roses, party hat, and bunting
This company is so good at making one-of-a-kind and imaginative flower gifts. I recently bought the party letterbox pack that came with stunning roses, a party hat, and bunting. I really like how the roses were delivered in a way that meant the person getting them didn't have to be at home. The extra additions of the party hat and bunting made the present even more special and really uncommon. It was a fun and lively surprise that I'm sure the recipient will adore.
Amaryllis purchase
I really wanted some lovely amaryllis flowers for Christmas, but I couldn't find any from Freddie's flowers. Thankfully, Bloom Post saved the day with their amazing selection. The flowers were top-notch and they looked stunning, really adding a festive vibe to my home. I'll definitely be going back to Bloom Post for all my floral needs. The delivery through Amazon was smooth and fast, which just made the whole experience even better.
Unique gift, late delivery
I ordered a gift which was really special and my friend really liked it. But I was a bit disappointed because it arrived a day late even though I made sure to choose her birthday as the delivery date. I would definitely think about ordering from them again for another special occasion, but I would make sure to be more clear about the delivery date next time.
Floral bouquet
I recently bought a lovely floral bouquet from Bloom Post online. When it arrived, the flowers looked a bit sad and I was concerned they might be on their way out. Yet, I decided to follow all the care advice given and kept looking after the bouquet. It took about a week of care and waiting, but eventually, the flowers started to bloom beautifully. Now, nearly two weeks on, the bouquet still looks gorgeous and I'm so glad I stuck with it.

I've been getting my great aunt's birthday flowers from this place every year and I have to say, I've never been let down. The flowers are always so lovely and fresh, and they never fail to make my great aunt smile. What's more, they always come exactly when they're supposed to, without fail. I had to send a quick gift to a friend who's on the mend after an operation, so I went for a lovely bunch of freesias. And wow, they were just beautiful! The colours of the flowers were so bright like jewels, they smelled gorgeous, and they arrived in perfect shape. Roses for Mum
My mum loved the roses that I got her from here. They arrived in perfect condition and they look beautiful in her living room. The colours are so bright and they smell amazing. The flowers at Bloom Post are just gorgeous. I got a bouquet for a mate not long ago, and it arrived right on time. Even though I didn't see it in the flesh, my mate loved it. The quality and how they were packaged really impressed me. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future. Cheers!
Mother's Day gift order
I recently bought a Mother's Day gift online because I thought it was just what I needed. I even paid extra for a card to go with it, even though it was a bit annoying. When they asked for a delivery date, I knew Mother's Day was a busy time, so I chose an earlier date to be safe. But to my surprise, the item wasn't even sent out in time for the delivery date I picked. It eventually arrived three days after the date I wanted, and one day after Mother's Day itself. It was disappointing and made my mum think I'd forgotten about her. When I got in touch with customer service about my feelings, they were dismissive and unsympathetic, just saying they were busy. I get that things can go wrong, but the way customer service deals with it says a lot about how they value their customers. After this experience, I won't be using this service again.
Flowers with delayed delivery
I was really disappointed with the late delivery of the flowers I ordered. I had picked a date for them to arrive, but then I got an email the day before saying they had just been sent out, and the excuse was that they sometimes can't make it on time. It's just not good enough, the lack of reliability and communication.
Cheerful bouquet
The bouquet I got from this place was so beautiful! It made my friend smile and really livened up her room. The flowers were fresh, colourful, and arranged really nicely. It was definitely worth the money.
Flower order and delivery
First order with this company and my last.
Selected a specific delivery date around a recipient being in and they never arrived.
I checked the status and not even out for delivery and the estimates is now 3 days longer.
Appalling service and personally think you should issue a refund for such a shocking poor first experience.

Letterbox flowers ordered for daughter's gift
I recently ordered some letterbox flowers as a gift for my daughter on the 3rd of March, expecting them to arrive by the 6th. However, I got an email saying they wouldn't be delivered until 10 pm on the 9th. Much to my surprise, when I checked the tracking info at 10:11 pm, I saw that the new delivery date was the 11th of March. This delay was absolutely unacceptable since the flowers had been on the move since the 8th. Sadly, my daughter wouldn't be around to receive the gift as she was coming back home the next day. This whole situation has left me really let down and unimpressed with the company's service.
Bouquet delivery
I received the bouquet I ordered from Bloom Post on the date I asked for, which was fantastic. But I was a bit let down that there wasn't a choice to include a little card with my name on it. So, the person who got the flowers had no clue who they were from. It would've been nice if Bloom Post let you add a card to your order, or at least let you buy one separately. Just a small thing like that would have made it better for both the person sending the flowers and the person receiving them.
Dried & silk flowers gift
I was browsing for a nice gift for my friend and came across this great company that delivers dried and silk flowers. They arrived bang on time and my friend absolutely loved them. I'll definitely be using them again and I recommend you give them a go as well!
