Yellow suede trainers for nephew
I picked out these really cool yellow suede trainers as a gift for my nephew and had them sent straight to him in Devon, even though I live all the way in London! When he opened the package and sent me a video, I was pleasantly surprised to see how well the trainers were wrapped and packed! They arrived really quickly, in just 2 days, which was fantastic. It was a bit tricky to find the trainers in his size, but luckily Childsplay Clothing had them in stock. They have a wide variety of items to choose from, and offer different payment options, which is great. My nephew wore those trainers to his sports day and ended up winning EVERYTHING! Who could be upset about that? 🤣
Special occasion dress

Denim jacket and floral dress
I absolutely loved the denim jacket and floral dress I bought! They were super cute and stylish in the pictures, but honestly, when they arrived, I was left feeling a bit disappointed. The denim jacket was okay, nothing special, but the floral dress felt really flimsy and cheap. The online description made it out to be this high-quality fabric, so my hopes were pretty high. But man, when I saw it in person, major let down.

I was really let down by the lack of care and promptness in updating my delivery address after I explained my situation. Even though they said they changed the address, my order still ended up at the wrong place, which meant my items were at risk of being stolen. This sort of customer service is just not on, particularly in a situation as delicate as mine.

I can't believe how useless this company is! I ordered something and they let someone else sign for it, then tried to say it was me. How silly is that? I am so annoyed about this whole mess and won't be buying from them again.
Return process
I had to return something I bought last week and paid for the return fees then, but I haven't had any updates from the company since. I've sent a few emails, but no one has got back to me. It's really annoying and disappointing not hearing anything back. Companies should keep in touch with their customers, especially when it's about returns and refunds. I'm really disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication from them.
