PC purchase for brothers birthday
I bought a PC for my brother's birthday at the start of March. It ended up taking longer than expected, about 2 months, because the suppliers were running behind due to a component shortage. Despite the delay, I was happy with the way the company handled the situation. Chillblast even threw in a free wireless mouse as a goodwill gesture, which was a nice bonus. The PC itself was top-notch and reasonably priced, but waiting so long has put me off ordering from them again in the future. If I do change my mind, I'll probably get in touch with them first to check on component availability. Overall, though, I was satisfied with the service I received from the company.
Made to measure computers
I recently bought a custom-built computer from this company and I am over the moon with it. The performance is amazing, it runs really quietly, and I'm seriously impressed with every part of the product. It's such a relief to have a reliable UK company for my tech stuff. The staff I dealt with were so helpful and knew their stuff, and they kept me updated all the way. The computer arrived quickly and was well packed, which was great. As someone who's really into photography, I've got to say Chillblast is a great place to go for computers. I've bought PCs from them three times now and I've always been impressed. Sick gaming pc
So I ordered this gaming PC a few weeks back and it seemed to take an eternity to arrive, honestly it felt like forever. I was becoming really impatient and even considered cancelling my order altogether. But all of sudden, out of the blue, it was finally built and dispatched to me. When I eventually got my hands on it, I was absolutely thrilled! The graphics are unbelievable, like on a whole new level. I can now play all my games on maximum graphics and it looks unbelievably good. Without a doubt, it was worth waiting for!

I'm really disappointed with my experience with this company. I placed an order for a desktop computer back on January 30th and all I've had since then is delays and bad communication. I waited for 8 weeks because of supplier problems, but finally decided to cancel my order and ask for a refund. It's been over 2 weeks now and they still haven't sorted out my refund. Their customer service is terrible, taking days to respond or just ignoring my messages. I'd suggest you steer clear of this company and avoid buying from them.

Delayed computer order
I bought a computer from this company back in early March, but sadly they cancelled my order out of the blue on the 22nd. They claimed it was due to some delivery uncertainty. So far, I had good vibes about the company - the customer service was top-notch. But now, it's been almost two weeks since the cancellation and I still haven't got my money back. I've tried to get in touch with them, but no luck. They've stopped answering my messages and their phone line seems dead. It's fair to say I'm really not happy with how things have turned out and I'd advise others to stay away from this company.

Chill Blast is amazing! I received my new PC in just 7 days and I was so impressed. There was a small issue with one of the fans, but it was not their fault, probably just from being shipped around. However, their customer service team sorted it out super quickly, in just 2 minutes! I would definitely recommend them to all my friends!

I ordered something from this company weeks ago and I haven't heard anything about it since. I'm really disappointed with how they're handling this, especially the lack of communication and customer service. I've tried reaching out through support tickets and calls but no one has got back to me. It's not right to keep a paying customer clueless like this.
