Leather bags review
I can't speak to their customer service, but I can share my thoughts on the leather bags from this brand. I've had a few bags from them and I currently have two in my collection. I really love them. They not only look fantastic, especially the shoppers and tote bags, but the leather itself feels amazing. Personally, I'm a fan of the bigger shoppers in tote style, especially if they come with a long shoulder strap. The only downside for me is that I wish they had a small exterior pocket. However, overall, I'm happy with my bags and I would definitely recommend them to others. They offer a range of styles, from sporty chic to elegant, so there's something for everyone.
Quality products with frequent free delivery
I recently bought some stuff from this company and I've gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality. What I got was exactly how they described it and I'm super happy with my purchase. I love that they do free delivery so often - it's a big plus for me. I've shopped with them before and I'll definitely be getting more stuff from them in the future. Bag from the clearance sale
I recently bought this amazing bag from their sale and it arrived all the way from Italy in just a week! The packaging was really nice, made me feel like I was receiving a gift. I'll definitely be shopping here again because everything was just awesome. Cheers!
Item not received, no refund yet
I ordered something online a while back, but it never arrived. I've tried reaching out to the company multiple times, but I haven't had any luck getting through to them. I would definitely recommend avoiding buying anything from this place online!
Bag gift
I got given a bag as a present not long ago, but after using it for only three months, I had a problem with it. The pin in the handle's clip fell out, so I couldn't use the bag anymore. I tried to contact customer service for help, but they didn't reply to my first email. I sent a reminder after that, but I still haven't heard back from them. It's been more than a month now, and my bag is still covered by the warranty. I'm really annoyed by the lack of communication from the customer service team at this brand.
Handbag purchase
I picked up this really cute handbag from a store, but ended up having trouble with unexpected import taxes. I've been trying to get in touch with them multiple times, but they haven't responded at all. It's so frustrating!
Pre-ordered item still not received after 8 months
I paid for an item back in April, but it's now December and still no updates. Customer service hasn't been helpful and the item is nowhere to be found on the website. Just a heads up, be careful when ordering online.
Recent handbag purchase
I bought a handbag from the store not long ago and I was quite let down by the quality of it. The straps started to get all frayed and scruffy after only a few months of using it, which made the bag look really worn out and not at all nice. Even though the bag was roomy and trendy at first, the dodgy quality of the straps totally spoilt its overall appearance. When I tried getting in touch about the problem with the straps, the customer service wasn't up to scratch and didn't offer any help at all.
Beat Bag in black
I bought a black Beat Bag from this shop, but when it arrived, it looked nothing like the pictures online. The strap on the bag was completely different to what was advertised. I reached out to customer service to sort it out, but they took ages to reply and didn't really fix the problem. We went back and forth on emails for a week, but nothing was sorted out properly. I feel let down and not happy with how everything was handled.
New purse with hidden detail
I've just bought a new purse from this shop, and I was quite happy with it at first. But then, I found out it was actually made in China, which wasn't mentioned anywhere in the product description. I was pretty disappointed to be honest. So, I got in touch with customer service to let them know how I felt about not being told where the product was made.

I've been waiting for 1.5 months and they still haven't delivered my bag! I asked for a refund or a replacement, but all they've given me is stress and a bad mood. It was meant to be a gift from my husband for Valentine's Day, but now it's turned into a complete mess. They haven't made any progress in sorting out this issue.
Express delivery for two bags
I ordered two bags from this company not long ago and went for express delivery. It was a bit of a let down because the bags took a whole 11 days to get to me, despite me chasing them up a few times. The customer service lot didn't seem to care much about the delay and didn't show much empathy either. I'd recommend steering clear of this company if you need something urgently or in a hurry.
Recent bag purchase
I bought a bag from this shop not long ago, but it started falling apart after only a few months. I contacted customer service for help, but they basically blamed me for the problem. Even though the bag was still under warranty, neither the shop nor the company tried to help fix it. I've been a loyal customer for years, but I have to say, the customer service was really awful.
Bag during holiday discount
I had a really bad time at the store. I bought a bag in their holiday sale, but then I saw they reduced the price by an extra 10% a few weeks later. When I contacted their customer service to ask for a refund of the difference, they just brushed me off and said they don't do price matches or adjustments. Their response was so arrogant and lacked empathy, it was really disappointing. It felt like they were trying to deceive us with their 'discounts' and treating us as if we were foolish. All in all, not a good experience with them at all.
