    Leather bags review

    I can't speak to their customer service, but I can share my thoughts on the leather bags from this brand. I've had a few bags from them and I currently have two in my collection. I really love them. They not only look fantastic, especially the shoppers and tote bags, but the leather itself feels amazing. Personally, I'm a fan of the bigger shoppers in tote style, especially if they come with a long shoulder strap. The only downside for me is that I wish they had a small exterior pocket. However, overall, I'm happy with my bags and I would definitely recommend them to others. They offer a range of styles, from sporty chic to elegant, so there's something for everyone.

    Quality products with frequent free delivery

    I got given a bag as a present not long ago, but after using it for only three months, I had a problem with it. The pin in the handle's clip fell out, so I couldn't use the bag anymore. I tried to contact customer service for help, but they didn't reply to my first email. I sent a reminder after that, but I still haven't heard back from them. It's been more than a month now, and my bag is still covered by the warranty. I'm really annoyed by the lack of communication from the customer service team at this brand.

    Recent handbag purchase

    I bought a handbag from the store not long ago and I was quite let down by the quality of it. The straps started to get all frayed and scruffy after only a few months of using it, which made the bag look really worn out and not at all nice. Even though the bag was roomy and trendy at first, the dodgy quality of the straps totally spoilt its overall appearance. When I tried getting in touch about the problem with the straps, the customer service wasn't up to scratch and didn't offer any help at all.

    Beat Bag in black

    I bought a black Beat Bag from this shop, but when it arrived, it looked nothing like the pictures online. The strap on the bag was completely different to what was advertised. I reached out to customer service to sort it out, but they took ages to reply and didn't really fix the problem. We went back and forth on emails for a week, but nothing was sorted out properly. I feel let down and not happy with how everything was handled.

    Express delivery for two bags

    I ordered two bags from this company not long ago and went for express delivery. It was a bit of a let down because the bags took a whole 11 days to get to me, despite me chasing them up a few times. The customer service lot didn't seem to care much about the delay and didn't show much empathy either. I'd recommend steering clear of this company if you need something urgently or in a hurry.

    Bag during holiday discount

    I had a really bad time at the store. I bought a bag in their holiday sale, but then I saw they reduced the price by an extra 10% a few weeks later. When I contacted their customer service to ask for a refund of the difference, they just brushed me off and said they don't do price matches or adjustments. Their response was so arrogant and lacked empathy, it was really disappointing. It felt like they were trying to deceive us with their 'discounts' and treating us as if we were foolish. All in all, not a good experience with them at all.
