Wheelchair purchase for husband
My husband has both dementia and Alzheimer's, so I needed to get him a wheelchair. I decided to buy one from this shop, and I have to say, I'm really pleased with how good quality and comfortable it is. My husband can be quite fussy about things because of his conditions, but he says it's very comfortable and he's really happy with it. The process of ordering was easy, and the customer service team were great at answering all my questions. The price was fair compared to other shops I looked at. The delivery was quick, and the wheelchair came in perfect condition. Overall, I'm really impressed with my experience at Complete Care Shop.
Wheelchair footplate cosy
I've just bought a footplate cosy for my wheelchair from Complete Care Shop. There was a little delay in getting it to me because of a cyber attack, but they got in touch to check if I still wanted it which was nice. When I got the cosy, I realised it was a bit too big for the footplate on my manual wheelchair. I've sent it back now and I'm waiting to hear back about swapping it for a shorter one. I think adding some Velcro straps to keep the longer cosy off the ground could make it work better.
Collator/walker purchase
I bought a walker from this shop not long ago and I must say, I've been really happy with the whole thing. The website was easy to use and I found loads of products to pick from. Ordering was simple and quick. The walker arrived in good time and was well wrapped up, so it was in mint condition when it got to me. I've been using it for a while now and it's been a real lifesaver, giving me the support and mobility I was after.

Seat Cushion
I bought a seat cushion from this shop not too long ago. When I ordered it, they said it was out of stock, but it actually arrived sooner than expected. The cushion has really helped my husband, who gets sore from sitting for long periods. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone dealing with the same issue.
Tena pants
I ordered some Tena pants on the 8th of May and paid for them straight away. However, I didn't receive any information from the website about them being out of stock or any delays in delivery. I made several phone calls to the company and each time they gave me a different expected delivery date. I asked them to keep me informed about my order, but they didn't follow through with this.

I must admit, I had some doubts after seeing some negative reviews online but I thought I'd give it a go and buy the mobility scooter. And you know what? Those bad reviews were totally wrong! The service I got from this shop was top-notch. I not only had a physiotherapist helping me pick the right crutches, but when there was a problem with their website, they actually called me to sort it out and let me know when I could expect my order. It's really unusual to come across such thoughtful and helpful service, and I'm really grateful for it.

I always get my grabrails and other mobility aids from this shop because they've got good stuff and the prices are reasonable. I don't want to splash out all of my pocket money on things that I actually need, you know?

Wrong-sized bedrail
I purchased a bedrail for my hospital bed, but it ended up being the incorrect size. After returning it, they assured me a refund within 3 to 5 working days. Despite my constant requests for them to speed up the process, they didn't pay attention. Thankfully, I used PayPal as payment, so I escalated the issue and received my money back. I won't be making any future purchases from them!
Adjustable bed cradle
I bought a bed cradle before my foot surgery so that my covers wouldn't weigh down on my feet. I'm really pleased with the height adjustment, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who doesn't like pressure on their feet. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

It was really annoying, but I did eventually get my order after waiting for weeks, which was quite disappointing.
My new bath chair
I recently ordered a bath chair and it arrived really quickly. However, I was quite surprised to find that a part was missing! It was a bit frustrating having to wait for days to receive the missing piece and having to send pictures to prove it. On the bright side, they did apologise, so that was nice of them. They really should make sure everything is complete before shipping it out, don't you think?
