Gift card lost
I had a really great experience with the customer service at Cowshed. Last Christmas in 2020, my husband got me a gift card which ended up getting misplaced in my son's room. We only recently found it hidden under his carpet. I was worried that the card might not be usable anymore, so I decided to contact Cowshed by email. To my surprise, I received a response from Carol at Cowshed within a day. She reassured me that the voucher would still be valid and could be used online. Her quick and helpful reply really impressed me. Good customer service like this is hard to come by these days, so it really brightened my day. Huge thanks to Cowshed and Carol for their exceptional help.
Gift replacement due to lost delivery
I just wanted to share about my recent experience with the customer service at this shop. So, I ordered a birthday present online for a friend, but it got lost by the delivery company. I got in touch with customer service and had a chat with Carol. She was so helpful and understanding about the whole situation. Carol didn't waste any time - she offered a really kind replacement for the missing item, which I was so grateful for. I was really worried about getting random emails and messages about an order I didn't even place from Cowshed. It made me worry a lot about my data privacy and security. But when I spoke to their support team and found out it was just a mistake made by someone in a shop, I felt much better. It was a relief to know that there hadn't been any data breach. Their quick response and admission of the mistake showed me they care about their customers and fixing problems fast. Spa voucher gifted, forgotten, and then extended
I got a spa voucher as a gift for having a baby, which was really kind of my friend. But, believe it or not, I completely forgot about it for a whole year! When I finally remembered, I realised that it was already expired. I decided to email the spa about it, and a really lovely lady named Eleanor got back to me right away. She was so kind and didn't hesitate to extend the voucher for me. How amazing is that? Now I'm really looking forward to going and treating myself to a relaxing spa treatment.
Shower gel and body lotion
I absolutely love the products I got from Cowshed, they are so luxurious and lovely. The shower gel and body lotion I got for my birthday not only smell amazing, but they also make my skin feel really good and taken care of. It's now my go-to combo for my daily skincare. I'm really impressed with how good the products are and I'll definitely be buying more in the future.

I just wanted to share how impressed I was with the customer service I got from Carla. She really went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did she know her stuff when it came to the products and services on offer, but she also took the time to give me all the info I needed to make a good decision. On top of that, she was super nice and easy to chat to, which made the whole thing a breeze. I'll definitely be coming back here again thanks to Carla's top-notch service!
Luxury skincare products
The customer service in this place was absolutely fantastic. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with such warmth and a real interest in helping me. The staff were really friendly and knew so much about what they were selling. They actually took the time to understand my skincare needs and suggested products that were right for me, without being too pushy. I was really impressed by their professionalism and how well they could help me find exactly what I needed in luxury skincare.
Manicure kit purchase
Hooray! I just treated myself to a manicure kit to give my hands some much-needed TLC. My skin is really sensitive, so Chloe's recommendations on which products to use were incredibly useful. I've already given the cream and cuticle oil a go, and they smell fantastic, just like all the other Cowshed products. And the fact that they use the same goodies in their spas is an added bonus - I'll definitely have to schedule a spa day for myself when I'm in London next!
E-gift card issue
I had a problem with my e-gift card not arriving, but Carla in customer service was really helpful in getting it sorted. Even though it was getting late, Carla quickly sent over the e-gift card as soon as I gave her the info she needed. I thought she was very professional and really cared about making sure I was happy with my experience. It's not often you find such fantastic customer service nowadays, and Carla really went the extra mile to help me out.
Voucher for facial
I bought a voucher for my daughter's birthday, but I ended up getting the wrong one by mistake. I just wanted to treat her to a facial, not buy products, so I decided to get in touch with them to see if they could help. Thankfully, they were really kind and sorted it out for me pretty quickly. Their customer service was fantastic!
Skincare products
I have to say, I was really disappointed with my experience at that place. The products might have been good, but the service was surprisingly bad. I was expecting better from what is supposed to be a high-end establishment. The staff just didn't seem bothered and weren't very helpful, which definitely affected my whole experience.
Gift sets
I was really looking forward to trying out these gift sets from Cowshed. When I opened the first one, I was disappointed to find that the lotion inside had already been opened and there was dried up lotion all over it. It was pretty disgusting to be honest! Luckily, I hadn't planned on giving that box as a gift. I reached out to the company to get some answers, but they didn't seem bothered at all. Not cool, Cowshed!
