    In simple statement crocs is an outstanding brand of foot wares all over the world. I have used this brand for a while now and it is serving me well and has never disappointed me. I found the product to be very cheap compared to the quality. What thrills me again is their business strategy that ensures customers doesn’t find it hard to buy their products. Crocs company made their marketing site to be so unique and most of all user friendly. When a friend recommended me to visit their site and buy from them, I never found it difficult to make some selections of the kind of foot wares I want to buy. It was very easy for me to make use of the site to place order on the selected materials that I wanted. And it was also possible for me to be able to track my order. I really commend them for the great work they have put in place in order for their customers to be satisfied. I must attest also to the fact that they do business with honesty, because I always have my orders delivered to me at the exact time the company stated. No matter your gender I would love you to taste crocs and see it beauty in all ramification. I am enjoying all kudos to crocs. I will continue to use your brand because I love it.

    A pair of rubbery sandals on sale

    I managed to snag these awesome shoes on sale last week and they arrived really fast! I ordered them online and received emails confirming my order, letting me know they had been shipped, and then sending me the bill. I even got a tracked package from Royal Mail and it arrived today. The shoes are exactly what I was looking for and as a bonus, they included a voucher for 20% off my next purchase. I'm absolutely thrilled!

    Black sandals, broken

    The after sales service was absolutely dreadful! I bought a pair of black sandals that broke on my first wear while on holiday. I contacted them within the 90-day warranty period, hoping for a refund or a new pair. But instead of asking, they just sent me a white pair which I didn't ask for. Even after my polite emails, they are now ignoring me and not responding. This is by far the worst after sales service I have ever experienced. I would advise avoiding buying directly from them to save yourself the hassle.

    Defective purchase

    I had a bit of a nightmare with my recent purchase from your store. The shoes I got had a really obvious defect from the manufacturer, and the customer service I got was just terrible. It took them more than 14 hours to get back to me about my complaint, and then they only gave me a minute to respond at the crack of dawn before closing the case because of "inactivity". It feels like some kind of sick joke, doesn't it? Needless to say, I'm really let down by my shopping experience at your store.

    I purchased a pair of shoes that turned out to be too small for me, so I decided to send them back. However, the whole return process was a nightmare. I followed the instructions on the shipping label they provided, but then the tracking information stated that the package was not being accepted. To make matters worse, Crocs customer service wasn't very helpful and even tried to give me false information by saying it was a bank holiday when it wasn't. Thankfully, I was able to resolve the issue and get my refund by involving my bank. I won't be making any future purchases from them, that's for sure!

    I ordered some Crocs and Jibbitz, but only the Jibbitz arrived.     I recently bought a pair of slides from this company and to be honest, I'm really not happy with the whole thing. Firstly, their website still says my order is "being processed" even though I've got the slides and sent them back. And, on top of that, they've actually lost the parcel I returned and now I'm just waiting around for my refund. The way they've handled this whole situation, with no communication or organisation, is really bad. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
