Order delivery experience
I was really frustrated and disappointed with my delivery experience. The updates on when my order was coming were so slow and all over the place, which just left me feeling stressed and confused for no reason. After waiting five long days with no change, I decided to get in touch to find out what was going on, only to be told there was a delay. What really got to me was being charged for all three items as soon as I placed the order, with no idea when they were actually going to arrive. The responses to my emails were all very generic and didn't really address what I was worried about, which just made me even more frustrated and annoyed. It's safe to say that because of all this bad communication and delivery mess, I'm not too keen on ordering from this company again in the future.

Alright, so I ordered something on the 29th of May 2024 for £25.99. But I haven't received any information about it. Then I placed another order on the 5th of June 2024 for the same amount, and still no update! I'm just wondering what's happening. Could someone please tell me where my stuff is?
Swimwear and holiday clothing
I bought some swimwear and holiday clothes and they were amazing! I was a bit hesitant to order at first, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great quality. The sizes fit perfectly, and the styles were really cute. I've received lots of compliments on my new outfits. Also, the delivery was really fast, only took around 5 days. I love that each item comes in its own little zippered bag, so convenient! I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends.
Cute swimsuit
It's really cute and comfy, just like the ones I've seen on TikTok! But, goodness me, it took forever for it to arrive. I was getting tired of checking the tracking, and it was just saying "label created." However, they replied to my complaint in the review and said they'd try to speed things up - which was nice of them, don't you think? All in all, I think it's a good store if you can be patient.

I recently purchased three things from this company. Unfortunately, one of them didn't fit me quite right and I wasn't keen on the style. However, returning it was a breeze, no hassle at all. I managed to swap it for something else with no problems. As for the other two items, I really love them! They're top quality and fit me perfectly. All in all, I'm really happy with my shopping experience here.

Keep it up Cupshe..Unhappy with sizing and lack of return options
I bought a bunch of stuff from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I was proper gutted with how they fit. I made sure to follow their size guide to a tee, but none of the gear fit me right. When I got in touch with their customer service to sort out an exchange or refund, they were so unhelpful! They only agreed to refund me for one item that was missing an insert. But even after I accepted the refund, they just stopped replying to my messages! Now I'm stuck with a bunch of clothes that don't fit and I'm out of pocket. Not a happy customer, to say the least.

It's been 5 days since their last reply now, and I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and solution. This whole situation has left me feeling frustrated and unsure about ordering from them again. If my package doesn't show up soon, I'll have to ask for a full refund.
