    Laptop purchase

    My recent visit to Currys Business was absolutely fantastic. I popped in to grab myself a new laptop and was met by a really helpful tech guy who knew his stuff. He took the time to find out what I needed and what my budget was, and then he guided me through a few options. In the end, he recommended three laptops that would work best for me.

    Not only did he help me set up my new laptop and install all the necessary software, but he even went out of his way to get rid of a virus on my old laptop without charging me extra. His knowledge and willingness to assist made the whole process really easy and enjoyable. I'm really grateful for the great service I got from the tech team at the Haverfordwest store. They really go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy.

    Now I've got a laptop that works brilliantly, all thanks to their help. Their tips and advice have made using my new device an absolute pleasure. I can't thank them enough for making this whole experience so positive and rewarding.

    It turned out to realize the great favour I did myself by decidingg to buy my electronics and mobile devices from PC World Business. Actually, after my initial purchase of a product from the company, I discovered there are other devices only sold by the company which cannot be bought in an offline shop owing to few number available. Since it was an important device, I had to make arrangement and ordered from PC World Business and the company ensured the delivery was very promptly. With my experiences with their products, I don't think I have had anything to complaint doing business with PC World Business. Rather, it is a nice place to do business with.

    Awesome delivery surprises

    So, you know, I was well scared after I bought something 'cause everyone was saying they got scammed. But then, like, I didn't get any emails or way to cancel my order. But, when the day came, I got texts about my order and the delivery drivers even called me when they were close. And you know what? The product arrived, and it's awesome! Judging from all the other reviews, I reckon I got lucky! But I'm not gonna chance it again, so I won't be shopping here anymore.

    Chromebook laptops - HP and Lenovo

    I went to Westfield/White City with my family last week and got some help from Anas and Naima. They were really knowledgeable and helped us pick out two Chromebook laptops - an HP and a Lenovo. Anas explained all the features and advantages of each laptop, making it easier for us to choose. Naima even showed us how to operate one of the laptops, which was really helpful. It was a great experience overall thanks to these two amazing people.

    I ordered a small Displayport cable from this place, but it never arrived. I waited for a week, but it still didn't show up, so I ended up going on Amazon to buy another one. I tried to cancel my order, but couldn't get hold of anyone by phone or web chat. If they manage to stay open during lockdown, I might consider visiting the store in person, but with such poor customer service, I have doubts. I initially wanted to support other businesses, but it seems like I made a major error.

    I got myself a PS5 and it arrived really fast, all thanks to Jay from Mansfield! He used a VIP code that Curry's had sent to me, and the console was at my door in just 2 days! It was smooth sailing, pure greatness. I couldn't be happier with my new PS5 and Jay's top-notch service. Big high fives to everyone involved!

    Customer service was great once I found the right person. The queue was a bit long, but the man I spoke to was really helpful when it came to computers. Some of the staff seemed like they were just standing around and not doing much, but if you manage to find the right one, they are absolutely fantastic!

    Dell monitor order

    I ordered a Dell monitor from this company online, assuming it was available. But turns out, it's actually on back order. To make things worse, I won't get a refund until the company cancels the order with their supplier. It's frustrating, to say the least. Wish I had checked the reviews before buying, would have definitely thought twice.

    I bought a monitor from this place, and honestly, it was a total nightmare. The customer service was just terrible, nobody had a clue what was going on. It felt like banging my head against a brick wall trying to get any help. I had to keep following up with them for updates and they just didn't seem bothered at all. And for what I paid, the service was seriously not up to scratch. As if that wasn't bad enough, the delivery was late again and again with no excuse. It was just a complete disgrace.

    HP Omen PC

    This whole situation has been an absolute nightmare, right from the beginning to the end. So, I ordered this brand spanking new HP Omen PC costing me £1500, as a Christmas present. I thought I'd splash out an extra £10 for special delivery, specifically to receive it on Christmas Eve. Guess what? Nope, got a message on Christmas Eve saying they'd changed the delivery date to the 29th. Can you actually believe it? So, that ruined the whole surprise. Then I went down to the shop to see what was going on, and the service I got was nothing short of terrible. The PC they sent wasn't even the right one - a completely different model to the one I'd ordered online. I sent it back but didn't get a penny of compensation or a decent apology. Since then, the customer service has been an absolute joke - broken promises, lack of follow-through, you name it. And here we are in February, still waiting for that £50 refund they promised. It's shocking, really – the lack of responsibility and care for what the customer wants. Just truly shocking.

    I bought a tablet from the shop not long ago and had a bit of a nightmare with the delivery. The first delivery was done by a company they hired, but the driver actually stole my parcel, caught on my CCTV. Dealing with getting it sorted out meant endless phone calls to the delivery company and Currys, plus getting the police involved. Eventually, after a lot of hassle, I did get a replacement tablet from Currys. It was all a big headache and took up so much time.

    I had a bit of a let-down with this company recently. They promoted a product on their website that they didn't actually have in stock. I ended up buying it, only to receive an email later telling me it wasn't available. I had to go through all the trouble of contacting their customer service to get a refund. It's not on really, this whole dodgy advertising and not keeping track of their inventory properly. I've made up my mind not to give them my business anymore. I reckon other customers should watch out for this kind of thing and steer clear of similar experiences.

    Laptop Screen Repair

    I went to the store recently because my laptop screen was faulty and I needed a solution to fix it. Unfortunately, they told me they couldn't help because it was a business-to-business transaction. Even though I've been a loyal customer for a long time, I felt frustrated and unappreciated by their attitude. It's sad to see a company caring more about making a quick profit than keeping long-term relationships with customers. When I have a problem with a product, I expect a certain level of service and support, especially if it's still under warranty or within a reasonable time since I bought it. This whole experience has made me reconsider buying anything from this company in the future.

    I recently decided to buy an electric cooker from this company, but now I've lost £1000 and still haven't received the product after over a year. I find this completely unacceptable. It's really disappointing to see companies resorting to dodgy tactics and tricking their customers. As a buyer, I think it's important to have honesty and openness in all dealings, which sadly was missing here. It’s vital for the system to protect honest folk from scams like this and make those involved in shady business practices answer for what they've done. I would advise others to be careful when dealing with this company and to do thorough research before buying anything to stop them from ending up in the same situation.

    10 Chromebooks purchase

    I bought 10 Chromebooks from Currys Business, but can you believe they only delivered 9? It was such a hassle trying to get a refund for the missing one, I had to keep on their case constantly. Then I decided to order a laptop instead, but it's been 13 days and it still hasn't been dispatched! Customer services keep saying it'll be dispatched the next day, but that's never the case. To top it off, they cancelled my second order but still took my money. What a nightmare this has turned out to be!
