Two-seater Rattan Sofa Purchase
We were looking around a bunch of garden centres and shops for some outdoor furniture, when we stumbled upon this website. We ended up ordering a two-seater rattan sofa from them, and we were really impressed with how well-made it was compared to the stuff we had seen before. The delivery was quick, and the price was good. All in all, we're really pleased with our purchase and would definitely suggest this company to others.
Three-burner stainless steel gas barbecue purchase
I purchased a three-burner stainless steel gas barbecue around two years ago and it was all going great until it got knocked over by some really strong winds. Sadly, one of the burner valves ended up jammed because of it. I got in touch with customer service to ask about getting a new part and I have to say, they were really helpful. They sent me a diagram of the barbecue and gave me a good price for the replacement part. Luckily, I managed to sort it out on my own in the end and both me and the customer service team were pleased with how it all turned out. Great job, Team Dellonda!
My order for some BBQ parts
I needed some new parts for my BBQ, so I dropped them a message on their website and this really nice person called Karis replied to me straight away. They sorted out an order for me, and you know what? The parts arrived in no time! I wasn't expecting such great assistance after making a purchase, but it was fantastic. Dellonda is top-notch, full marks from me!
Quick delivery expectation
Oh, you know what? I was actually quite let down by the delivery service. I mean, the invoice specifically said next day delivery, but surprise surprise, they don't do weekends! If they had just been upfront about that, then I wouldn't have been left hanging for my order.
Office chairs
I bought some office chairs from your website not too long ago, and I was pretty pleased with how good they were. The only downside was that I didn't get much info about when they'd be delivered. Ordering them was easy, I got a receipt and a message right away confirming everything. But after that, it all went a bit quiet. I thought they'd arrive on a Monday, but all I got was a vague message from the Shopify app saying there was a delay, with no extra details.
Wine cooler
The wine cooler was fantastic, but the delivery from DHL was absolutely terrible. It was meant to arrive on the 10th, but it kept getting postponed until the 16th! I ended up missing a big event because of them. The delivery guys were lazy and couldn't get it to me on time. DHL really needs to sort themselves out.
Garden furniture purchase
I really liked the garden furniture, it was exactly how they described it. The chairs and sofa look really nice and are also really strong. The coffee table might be a bit simple in design, but it's tough and great for using outside. I didn't have to do much assembly, just had to screw on the legs of the table. The packaging was good and kept everything safe. Customer service was great. Although, the delivery service wasn't as good because they didn't keep me informed about the delivery day and time. I had to contact customer service a few times to find out when my delivery was coming.
Big Fire Pit
I got this huge fire pit and it's actually bigger than I expected, but it's awesome. It came right on time, which was great. I'm looking forward to having a bonfire with my friends!
Echo Balcony set purchase
I recently ordered the Echo Balcony set from this company and I had a really smooth experience from beginning to end. The website was easy to use, which made ordering super simple. I was pleasantly surprised by the free next day delivery and the delivery itself was quick and efficient. The set arrived well packaged and putting it together was a piece of cake - I just had to screw on three table legs. The product itself went above and beyond my expectations, it looks really stylish and seems to be of really good quality.

I bought a firepit from this company recently, but it arrived damaged. However, I have to say, the customer service team was amazing. They sorted out the issue quickly and got me a replacement without any trouble. I'm really happy with how they handled everything and I'm impressed with their level of customer care.
2 to 4 person hot tub
I recently bought a hot tub for 2 to 4 people from here and I'm pretty happy with how it all went. The hot tub came well wrapped with clear instructions, but I could have done with a bit more detail, especially about keeping the water balanced with the right pH levels. I also got the extra start-up kit, but was disappointed that it didn't include pH reducer, so I had to buy that separately. But once I sorted all that out and got the hot tub set up, I have to say it's just what I wanted. It's nice and compact, easy to use, and does the job well. The extra heat saver I got works a treat too, making the whole experience top-notch.
Desk purchase with voucher
I just bought a desk from this company with a discount voucher my husband got from a previous purchase 6 months ago. He really loves the desk, it's great value for money. The instructions for assembly were really clear and easy to follow, and they included everything we needed.
Freezer
I bought a freezer from this store not long ago, and to be honest, I'm pretty happy with it and the price I paid. It's doing its job well, and it didn't break the bank compared to some other options out there. That said, I do have a few grumbles about the service I received from the company.

Compact dishwasher
I got this compact dishwasher from the company and to be honest, I'm a bit disappointed with it. It feels quite flimsy and doesn't seem very strong or well-built, especially considering it's supposed to last in the kitchen for years. Another frustrating thing is that I couldn't find a dishwasher this size that wasn't made in China. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the quality control or the materials they used, but I was hoping for better from a product in this price range.

I spoke to a really helpful lady who quickly found the specific item we were after. She listened carefully to my description of the part and located it in your inventory without any trouble. I have to say, the customer service I got from this company was absolutely top-notch. As soon as I got in touch with my questions, I got quick and really useful responses. Bailey and Victoria really went the extra mile to make sure all my queries were sorted and that I had a good experience. Their expertise and professionalism were really impressive, and I felt totally comfortable ordering from them. My ice cream maker came back!
I needed an ice-cream maker at home. I have purchased a lot of ice cream makers from some stores but got spoilt after a few usages. I love ice cream and do not love to purchase it at restaurant because I love the way I make my flavors. I was sad because I couldn't get a quality and functional cream maker. I informed my mum and she told me about Dellonda. A store for luxury products. I read client comments about the company. Being convinced, I ordered my ice cream maker which was delivered to me neatly. It came with a lot of functions and much easy to use. I have been using it for months now and do not have any complaints. Now I can make my delicious ice cream at ease.
