I've just bought some anti-aging skincare products and I have to say, I was really impressed with the selection available on the website. The customer support team were super helpful when I had queries about which products would work best for my skin issues. The delivery was quick and hassle-free, and I got my order on time. The only downside was the limited payment options - it would be good if they could add more choices like Zipco, LayBuy, Klarna, etc. But all in all, I'm pleased with my shopping experience at this online store.
Recent visit with Dermatologist
I went to see a dermatologist recently for the first time after being referred, and I was really happy with the service I got. I take medication that makes me sensitive to UV rays, so it's so important for me to find a good dermatologist who can communicate well. I've had bad experiences in the past with doctors who rushed through appointments or didn't communicate effectively with patients. But Dr. McNeill was amazing in every way. She was really attentive and her communication style was clear, so I left feeling confident and well looked after. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and patient-focused dermatologist.

Hi everyone, so I recently ordered some skincare products from this website and honestly, it was a complete nightmare. I placed the order a while back, but my package seemed to have gone missing. When I reached out to them for help, they just shrugged it off and said tough luck. Can you believe it? I really needed those products urgently! And to top it off, they refused to issue a refund or send a replacement. It's so frustrating and disappointing, I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping there.

I was really disappointed with my recent purchase from this company. I ordered the Pca Skin Retinol Treatment For Sensitive Skin, but when it arrived, it was already opened and looked like it had been used. I contacted their customer service straight away, sending photos to show the problem and explaining that I was worried about using a product that might be expired. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back from them for more than a month. This lack of communication and not caring about making customers happy has really made me feel let down by their service.

I had a really bad time with this company. The order I placed never turned up, and despite sending lots of emails and trying to phone them with no luck, it took a whopping 8 months for them to finally tell me there was nothing they could do because supposedly I had put in the wrong address. The way they handled everything and their customer service was shocking. I would definitely recommend steering clear of this company.

I'm really disappointed with the eye patches I ordered recently. I didn't realise I was signing up for a monthly subscription, I just wanted a one-time purchase. It's been tough financially because I'm on disability and can't keep getting charged for something I didn't mean to sign up for.

I've been using this product for a while now and I've gotta say, it's absolutely amazing. I was a bit doubtful at first, but after a few weeks of regular use, I saw some really impressive results. My lashes got longer and thicker - they were actually getting in the way of my glasses, so I had to trim them a bit! I've never been happier with a beauty product, so I definitely think you should give it a go.

I recently picked up the Foreo Luna 3 from this company and I have to say, I'm well chuffed with the whole experience. I recently bought some face cream which turned out to be faulty, so I got in touch with customer service. The woman I spoke to, Julie Cooper, was really lovely and helpful. She managed to sort everything out and send me a replacement. I was really pleased with the service and how promptly they resolved the issue.

I bought this cover-up cream as a gift for my dad because he suffers from vitiligo. We were looking forward to getting it soon, but when we opened it, we were really let down. The cream appeared more like fake tan and would have been a disaster if my dad had put it on his face. I've been using this product for 10 days and I'm already starting to see some results! The dead skin is peeling off, which is incredible.
