    Desk purchase during Covid-19

    I bought a desk while we're in the middle of all this Covid stuff, and I have to say, I had a really good experience with the company I got it from. There was a bit of a delay in getting it shipped out because of some issues at the import terminal, but they let me know straight away and gave me the choice of getting a refund or waiting a bit longer. I decided to wait, and I was really happy when the desk turned up on the exact day they said it would. Putting it together was a piece of cake, and it was definitely worth what I paid for it. Overall, I was really impressed with the whole thing, and I'll definitely think about going back to them for anything else I might need.

    Oak filing cabinet purchase

    I recently bought an oak filing cabinet from Direct Office Supply Co and I was really happy with how good it was. Not only did it look nice, but it was also well-made, and the price was fair. However, when it arrived, I noticed a small issue with it. The company sorted it out quickly though, sending a replacement and collecting the faulty one just two days later. Everyone I dealt with, including the delivery team, was polite, helpful, and professional. I have to say, I was very happy with the service from Direct Office Supply Co and I would definitely recommend them to others.

    I wasn't too sure at first, as I'd had to cancel orders with other companies before because they were always late. But Direct Office Supply turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Even though my order did take a bit longer than I thought, they kept me in the loop with regular updates and were honest about any delays. And when there was another delay, they quickly offered a full refund without any fuss. The desk chair I bought was top-notch and better than I expected, especially for the price. The only hiccup seemed to be with the delivery carriers they used.

    Albany walnut computer desk purchase

    I recently bought an Albany walnut computer desk from Direct Office Supply and I couldn't be happier with it. I ordered it on a Friday evening and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived early Tuesday morning. The quick delivery was really impressive, especially given the current situation.     I recently got this amazing office desk from their website. Had a little issue with the delivery at first, but it was just a regular CDD thing because of my unusual situation. However, Anne from customer service was a total star! She was really friendly, sorted things out quickly, and kept me informed throughout.     I bought some office furniture from this company and it looks really good. The website was easy to use too. But, when I was ordering, I had a bit of a problem with the address part because PayPal kept trying to fill it in for me. Then, when I tried to get in touch with customer service on the phone, I was told to send an email but only got automatic replies. If there had been a live chat or someone to speak to on the phone, it would have made things a lot smoother.

    I recently bought something from Direct Office Supply to spruce up my workspace. Sadly, when it arrived, it was all damaged and couldn't even be put together. I reached out to their customer service team by email, and they said they'd send a replacement part. But weeks passed, and still, nothing happened. They told me that the supplier's warehouse was a mess and they couldn't sort it out. Direct Office Supply were honest and said the product I got wasn't right for what I needed, but they wouldn't give me a replacement or my money back. They suggested I try to get refunded by my bank, but that's been tough because I paid with Klarna. I've tried to contact them over and over, but no reply or refund. It's been a seriously annoying and disappointing experience.

    Damaged and missing chair piece

    I recently bought a chair from Direct Office Supply and, unfortunately, one of the chair pieces I got was damaged, and another piece was missing. It made me think that I might have received a returned item. I sent an email to their customer service straight away and also tried calling them a few times, but I still haven't heard back from them. Their telephone answering service said that the system has been down for the past two days, so I couldn't talk to anyone directly. I even tried reaching out through their contact form, but no luck. This lack of communication and the delay in sorting out the issue has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with their customer service.

    I recently made a purchase from Direct Office Supply, but I'm disappointed with how things have turned out. I placed my order in April and was told it would arrive within 5-7 working days. It's now mid-May and I've not heard anything about my order being sent out. I tried contacting them several times via email and was told that the company might have stopped trading. I find this hard to believe as there's no information about this on their website. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the delay on their supplier, which isn't fair as my agreement is with Direct Office Supply. I'm frustrated and let down by the lack of communication and accountability.

It took more than two months for my stuff to arrive, and even then, they still hadn't turned up.     I purchased something and got emails from the supplier about when it would be delivered. However, my order was suddenly questioned, so I had to contact Direct Office Supply for answers. I couldn't speak to anyone on the phone, just got voicemail. After sending lots of emails, they eventually gave my money back a few days later, but didn't say sorry or get in touch. It looks like they only refunded me when I said I'd get my bank and PayPal involved. I'm relieved to have my money back, but I'm not pleased with the poor communication and having to struggle for a refund.

    Fire pit purchase

    Total waste of time. I ordered a fire pit and it never showed up. They never answered my emails, so I had to make a complaint to get my money back. Also, they haven't been submitting accounts to HMRC, so it's best to find another company.
