Desk purchase during Covid-19
I bought a desk while we're in the middle of all this Covid stuff, and I have to say, I had a really good experience with the company I got it from. There was a bit of a delay in getting it shipped out because of some issues at the import terminal, but they let me know straight away and gave me the choice of getting a refund or waiting a bit longer. I decided to wait, and I was really happy when the desk turned up on the exact day they said it would. Putting it together was a piece of cake, and it was definitely worth what I paid for it. Overall, I was really impressed with the whole thing, and I'll definitely think about going back to them for anything else I might need.
Oak filing cabinet purchase

I recently got this amazing office desk from their website. Had a little issue with the delivery at first, but it was just a regular CDD thing because of my unusual situation. I purchased something and got emails from the supplier about when it would be delivered. However, my order was suddenly questioned, so I had to contact Direct Office Supply for answers. It looks like they only refunded me when I said I'd get my bank and PayPal involved. Total waste of time. I ordered a fire pit and it never showed up. They never answered my emails, so I had to make a complaint to get my money back. Also, they haven't been submitting accounts to HMRC, so it's best to find another company.
