Electric roller blind for wide kitchen windows
I recently bought an electric roller blind from this company for my wide kitchen windows. I had struggled to find a website that had clear explanations and choices until I came across this one. The website provided a lot of helpful information and helped me pick the perfect colour for my blind. Once I made my order, I was happy to see that it was due to arrive in 3-5 working days. It did turn up a day later than expected, but because of the processing time, it wasn't a big deal for me. However, when I opened the package, I realised that the wrong bottom bar had been attached to the blind. I got in touch with customer service straight away and they got back to me quickly, kindly, and apologetically. They promised to send a replacement in 2 working days, and true to their word, it arrived on time. The new bottom bar was the right one, and I was really impressed by the company's efficiency and excellent customer service.
Bi-fold door blinds
I bought some bi-fold door blinds from this company a couple of years back and I'm really pleased with them. They arrived quickly, fitted perfectly, and look great in my house. Unfortunately, my clumsy dog managed to break the bottom clips on one of the panels. I got in touch with customer service and they were really helpful. They asked for some pictures to make sure they sent the right part, and within an hour or so, they confirmed they could help and would send replacement clips. The service was excellent, and I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they sorted everything out. I'm really happy with the roller blinds and vertical blinds I got from this company. The roller blinds are a bit see-through but really well made, and the vertical blinds are just as good. The company's sizing advice was spot on, so the blinds fit perfectly. The only small hiccup was that the vertical blind was a slightly different shade of pink to the rollers, but it wasn't a big deal.

These blinds are really good quality, I've had them for around 6 years and they're still in perfect condition. The service I got was spot on, everything was fitted as expected and I can't fault it. Wrong size blinds, issue with Insurance guarantee
I messed up when ordering my blinds and luckily I had insurance for this kind of situation. But I was let down to learn that the insurance only covers one blind for replacement in each order. I got in touch with customer service, but they said there wasn't much they could do. Then a replacement blind was sent to me, but it turned up all battered. Now I'm just waiting to hear what I should do next.
Misleading product
The blinds I got from this company weren't anything like what they showed on their website. They looked completely different from the ones in the pictures, and when I wanted to send them back, they said they were custom-made and couldn't be returned for a refund. I'm really let down by this whole thing and I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Bifold door blinds purchase
I bought some blinds for my bifold doors recently and I have to admit, I'm not completely happy with them. They look good and are just what I was after, but the tension is causing me a lot of bother. There's a gap at the top and I shouldn't have to mess about with magnets and bars just to get them to hang properly. I've tried adjusting the tension a few times, but the string is already starting to fray and I'm concerned about making it worse. If the string snaps, my pricey blinds will be useless.
