Saffron Knee High Boots in Navy Nubuck Leather
I recently treated myself to a pair of Saffron Knee High Boots in Navy Nubuck Leather after sadly losing my beloved Hestia navy leather and suede boots. It was a hard choice to make, but I felt the need to add another pair of blue boots to my collection. These cowboy style boots are a lovely lighter blue, simple yet stylish. The stitching is top-notch, and the nubuck leather is incredibly smooth. They're not quite the same as my treasured Hestia boots, but they've definitely helped ease the pain of losing them. Not only are the boots fashionable, they're also really comfy and fit my calves perfectly. I appreciate the consistent quality and design that DuoBoots always delivers. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and thankful to DuoBoots for yet another fantastic product.

Now all they seem to offer are unattractive boots that only go up to the wider part of the calf. Sizing issue with boots
I recently bought a pair of boots from this company and I followed their sizing guide to make sure they would fit properly. But when the boots arrived, I realised they were too big around the calf. I decided to try ordering a smaller size to see if that would fix the problem. However, I messed up by not doing it as an exchange.
When I spoke to customer service through their chat, they told me initially that I wouldn't have to pay a return fee. But later on, I got an email saying that I would have to pay the fee because I didn't follow the correct process. This whole thing has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I think that good customer service should be all about keeping customers happy and making shopping easy. Recent boot purchase
I bought some boots from this company not too long ago, and honestly, I wasn't that impressed. They didn't fit properly despite being advertised as true to size, and even though they offer smaller calf sizes, the fit was still off. The quality of the boots just didn't match up to the price I paid, making me feel like I'd thrown my money away. The delivery services were a total mess too, with my package taking much longer to arrive than I was told. When it came to customer care, it was seriously lacking - no one seemed to care about my concerns at all.
