Coat for son
I came across this online shop when I was searching for a coat for my son. I'd never heard of the website before, but when I found the perfect coat at half the price I'd seen in other shops, I thought I'd give it a go, even though I'd read some mixed reviews online. I placed my order on a Thursday morning and was pleasantly surprised to get a notification that it had been sent out the same day. The estimated delivery time was 5-7 days, but to my joy, Royal Mail tried to deliver it the very next day. I missed the delivery because I didn't realise I needed to sign for it. But after arranging a new delivery, the coat arrived promptly and my son absolutely loves it. All in all, I'm really happy with the whole process and will definitely shop from this website again. At first, I wasn't sure about ordering from this shop because of some mixed Trustpilot reviews and the fact that I didn't know much about the brand. But when I saw the Vans shoes I wanted were only £29.99, I couldn't resist. Even though I wasn't completely convinced, I decided to take the plunge and make the purchase. To my surprise, the shoes arrived the very next day. Not only did they come super quickly, but they were exactly what I was hoping for. The quality was top-notch, and they fit perfectly. I have to say, I was really impressed by the overall service and the great value for money. Vans slip ons
I recently got a pair of slip-on shoes from this store and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole thing. At first, I was a bit unsure because of some mixed reviews I had seen, but I'm happy to say my experience was really good. The shoes came quickly, much faster than I thought, and were exactly like they were described on the website. The communication during the ordering process was also really good, with regular updates on my order's status. When it comes to prices, I thought the shoes were very reasonably priced, especially compared to other sale prices I had seen. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again in the future.
Big jacket purchase
I bought this jacket from the shop, but unfortunately, it turned out to be too big for me. I wanted to exchange it for a different size, but there wasn't an option for that when the parcel arrived. The website said I could go to my order history to do an exchange, but I purchased it as a guest so that wasn't possible. I sent two emails asking for help on how to swap it, but I didn't receive a reply for two whole weeks. Now, I can't even return it because the date for returns has passed. What a letdown!

The website was really easy to use and I came across this super cute dress that I just had to have. At first, I was a bit hesitant because there weren't many reviews, but I decided to go for it and I'm really happy that I did. Wedding dress purchase
I went to the store recently to find a dress for a wedding, and I was really shocked by how one of the staff members treated us. My friend wasn't allowed to take her shoes into the changing room to try them on with the dress, which was a bit weird. But then when she came out to try on some heels, a staff member said something really mean about her stomach, pointing at it and saying, "it just doesn't do much for you there, does it?" It was terrible to hear that kind of body shaming, especially when some customers might already be struggling with feeling good about themselves. I used to work in retail myself, so I know how important it is to be respectful and kind to customers. This whole thing left my friend upset and embarrassed, and she ended up leaving the store without buying anything. It's just really sad to see staff being so hurtful and unprofessional.
Jacket purchase in a sale
Although I had some doubts after reading reviews, I took the plunge and bought a jacket that was £100 off in the sale. I was so pleased when it arrived sooner than expected, beating the 3-5 day delivery estimate. The packaging was spot on, and the jacket was just as it was described. Cut from trying on a jacket
I was unfortunate enough to get a cut on my neck while trying on a jacket in the shop. I was quite shocked when it drew blood. It seems that the price tags on the jackets are placed in such a way that they can be dangerous if you're not careful. I made sure to inform the staff about what happened, and I strongly recommend that they reconsider where they put those tags to ensure the safety of their customers.
Ugg sandals
Well, I found some sandals for my mum on this online store and managed to get them for £15 less than other places. They were genuine Ugg ones, not fake ones. The delivery was really fast, only took 3 days and I could track it using Royal Mail. I didn't opt for express delivery but it still arrived quickly! I'll definitely be shopping here again.
Christmas sweater
I am really unhappy with the service I got from this company. I decided to buy a Christmas sweater way before the holiday to make sure it would come on time, like it said on their website. But it didn't arrive by Christmas, and now it's been days and still no sign of it. I've tried to get in touch a few times for info, but no response at all. The way they're ignoring me and not caring about keeping customers happy is just awful. I'll definitely go somewhere else next time.
Slippers for mum's Christmas
Big shoutout to Manny! He was super helpful and really friendly, he helped me choose some lovely slippers for my mum's Christmas gift. The customer service was fantastic, definitely a 10/10! Manny definitely deserves a raise, he's absolutely brilliant!
Order Cancellation
Don't trust that company at all! So, I ordered something and got an email saying it was all good. But then they tell me the next day that they cancelled my order because of payment problems. Like, seriously? They even took the money from my account but I never got what I ordered. And to top it off, I can't even contact them for help. Just stay away from this dodgy company!
Dress for special occasion
I bought a dress online for a special event, but I was really let down by the service. The courier delivered my order to the wrong address, and when I asked for help from customer service, they were useless and didn't care. The person I spoke to online was so rude and didn't seem to give a damn about my problem. I felt like they totally ignored my concerns, and now I'm without the item I paid for. I won't be shopping with them again and I'll definitely warn others about how awful their service is.
Corrected order received
I messed up ordering the wrong size from the online shop, but luckily the customer service was fab. Antony sorted out my order quickly and made sure the right size got sent to me. The delivery was super speedy, and my item arrived all nicely wrapped up. I was really impressed by how efficient and helpful the service was. I would definitely recommend this online shop to anyone.
