I had a really annoying experience trying to cancel my account with that company. I chose the right reason for cancelling, but it just wouldn't go through. Then, when I tried to change my card details, I had the same problem. I had no other choice but to cancel via email and stop the payment from my bank. The laundry detergent from Earth Breeze is top-notch, no doubt about that. However, I must say I had a bit of a nightmare experience with their customer service.
