I've recently bought the most beautiful diamond earrings from this place, but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when my package arrived. I was horrified to find what looked like dried blood or even faeces smeared at the bottom of the box - absolutely disgusting! I got in touch with customer service straight away, sent them a photo of the gross substance, and asked for an exchange. It's been six whole days now, and despite reaching out multiple times, I still haven't heard anything back. The fact that they're not communicating with me and showing no urgency is incredibly frustrating. It feels like they're purposefully ignoring my requests.

Loose ring delivery
The customer service team was really fast to sort out my mistake with the delivery form, which was great. But I was a bit disappointed when I got my ring because it was just loose in the box. The display box was all nicely wrapped up, but the ring itself wasn't wrapped at all. It was just rolling around in the delivery box. Luckily, the ring wasn't scratched or damaged, but I was a bit worried about the lack of proper packaging.

Oh my goodness, all the jewelry I picked up is just gorgeous! I treated myself to rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings, and every single piece is absolutely stunning. Blue Safire pendant
Alright, so I ordered this really awesome blue Safire pendant for my best mate's birthday. But you wouldn't believe it, when I opened the box, it was actually a green Safire instead! I was pretty gutted because I chose it to go with this ring I gave her ages ago. I did say she could totally swap it if she wasn't keen, but it turns out she actually loved it. The gem is cut really nicely and all, but I'm still a bit annoyed that it wasn't what I originally wanted.
