TV unit purchase
I bought a TV unit from Elegant Showers not long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole process. I bought a shower from Elegant Showers not long ago and I was really impressed with how good it was. It arrived quickly and my plumber mentioned that it was top quality when he put it in. Even though there was a problem with the size of one of the doors, the company sorted it out quickly and gave me a refund when I sent it back. I then got the right size, which turned up just a couple of days later. The customer service was amazing, and I would definitely suggest this company to others.
Shower
I bought a shower from Elegant Showers the other day to get ready for having it fitted soon. The ordering was dead easy and I liked how simple the website was to use. The delivery came quickly and was right on time. Everything was all wrapped up nicely with plastic straps on the boxes, so the shower was all safe and sound. Even though the packaging looked fine, I didn't want to risk damaging anything by opening it up too soon, so I left it as it was.
White furniture set
The white furniture set we bought was just what we needed for our space. It was a good price, but we had to do some touch-ups on the paint because there were a few missed spots on the tables and chairs. Overall, it wasn't too bad considering how much we paid.
Bi-fold shower doors, broken hinge

I bought a shower tray, door, and screen from this company on Amazon. Sadly, they were all delivered late. By the 11th day, I was fed up and asked for a refund. What irritated me the most was that I had to cough up an extra £44 for similar items from a different company with next-day delivery. It was shocking how bad the service was, especially considering I was a regular customer with upcoming orders worth £2k. They didn't even offer any help or compensation when I really needed it. My advice? Steer clear of this company and its affiliate too.
