Attempted cancellation of an order
As a customer of EMMIOL, I just wanted to share my disappointment with the customer service I've gotten. I sent an email to cancel my order, but all I keep getting back are these automated responses asking me to change my mind. It's really frustrating because all I want is to cancel my order and get my money back. Ignoring my request has left me feeling annoyed and unhappy with the whole customer experience. I hope in the future, the customer service team will be quicker to respond and really listen to customer requests.
Two items
I recently bought two things from this shop and I've got to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The stuff arrived quickly and they were really good quality. I've had a bit of a nightmare trying to track my order. I've messaged the customer care team a few times but haven't heard anything back, which is really frustrating. It's made me feel a bit lost and unsure about what's going on with my purchase.
Fake item purchased
I'm really annoyed because I bought something that turned out to be fake. Can you believe it? They only want to give me back a small amount of my money! And sending it back is such a pain, it's going to be expensive and take ages. I'm not even sure if I'll get all my money back. It's so disappointing, I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Misleading refund policy
That's ridiculous! The customer service at this place is awful. They say one thing about refunds and then make you pay for returns. It's a total rip off! I'd suggest not giving them your money and staying away from this place as much as possible.
Small sized top
The top I bought was totally the wrong size, it was way too small. I tried to send it back but they offered me a measly 10% refund at first, then upped it to 30% when I pushed harder. The problem was they wanted me to ship it all the way to China, which would have cost a bomb. After loads of attempts to get in touch and warn them I would take action, they eventually got back to me, but it took ages and was really annoying.
Hat purchase
I was really impressed by the hat I bought from this store recently. The quality is excellent and the design is cute and stylish. It's really comfortable to wear and was very reasonably priced. All in all, a great purchase!
April order for sold-out product
I bought something back in April, but it turned out to be out of stock. I tried to get in touch with the company several times for a refund, but they never got back to me. Their lack of communication really annoyed me and the service was disappointing. It was only when I left a negative review that I eventually got my money back quickly. Hopefully, they'll work on their customer service and pay more attention to customer queries in the future to prevent this happening again.
Legit jacket, cool design
The jacket I bought was so cool, it looked exactly like the picture on the website. The quality was really good as well, so I was pleased with my purchase. The only downside was that it took longer to arrive than I expected, but it was definitely worth the wait.
New jumper
Oh my goodness, I just got the most adorable jumper from this store and it was packaged so nicely. The jumper is incredibly soft and lovely, I was genuinely thrilled with it. I'm definitely going to be wearing it all the time now!
