exciting experience shopping form Russel
I promised my son I was going to get him an electric bicycle when he turns 8 and days into his birthday, he called to remind me of the promise I made. However, the challenge was that I was away for a business trip and was not going to be available for his birthday that notwithstanding I needed to fulfill my promise. I started searching for where I could buy one. I came across Eskute and after going through their page and customer reviews I decided to shop with them. I ordered a voyager electric bike. hoping it gets delivered to my son on his birthday. Fortunately, it was and my son was excited about it. He so loved it. I recommend Eskute to anyone looking to buy quality electric bikes and accessories.
E-bike purchase
I recently bought an e-bike from this company and honestly, I'm really impressed with it and the whole experience. It was just what I needed to make my daily commute a bit more exciting. After looking around and checking out loads of reviews, I finally decided to go for it and buy from here. Putting it together was a doddle, although I must admit it took me a bit longer than expected because I didn't really read the instructions properly. But once it was all set up, I was able to jump on and start enjoying my new ride straight away. The customer service I got was top-notch. They were really helpful, knew their stuff, and always there to help with any questions or worries I had.
Electric bike purchase
I was so chuffed to get my electric bike just 3 days after I ordered it! I wasted no time putting it together with the help of a YouTube video, and I have to say, it was dead easy. The bike is so versatile, great for roads, bridleways, fields, and even trips to the shops. The battery life is impressive, and the motor kicks in straight away, giving you a nice push without needing a throttle. Overall, I'm well impressed with the service from the company and the quality of the ebike. The free helmet and phone holder were a nice touch that I really appreciate. Netuno Pro and Polluno Pro bike purchase
My wife and I got ourselves a couple of electric bikes about ten months back and we've been absolutely enjoying our rides ever since. These bikes have honestly taken all the stress out of cycling, especially when we come across steep hills - no more pushing needed! Although we did run into a few problems with the battery, which prompted me to reach out to customer support. Jenny, from their team, was really responsive to my emails and now I'm just waiting for a replacement battery. All in all, these bikes are fantastic bang for your buck and the customer service has been top-notch.
E-bike battery quality
I was really let down by the quality of the batteries on the e-bikes I bought. It's frustrating that most of them didn't even make it a year. Especially since the bikes cost about £1k. I looked online and saw that lots of other people have had the same problem with the batteries. It looks like the company needs to step up and use better batteries to keep customers happy and make their products last longer. I'd tell anyone thinking of buying from them to be careful.

This bike is absolutely fantastic! I bought it because my knee isn't great and the pedal assist is like having my own superhero helper. The three modes make it feel like I'm on a rollercoaster changing gears. Even on steep hills, this bike performs brilliantly and gives me the confidence to tackle anything. Electric bike purchase in August 2022
I was really excited about my electric bike at first, but that feeling didn't last long once I started having problems with the battery. Even though I gave it a great review at the start, the battery conked out after just 300 miles of riding and a couple of months sitting idle. The new battery didn't last much longer, failing after a similar distance. When I joined the forum, I found out that loads of other customers were having the same battery woes. It seems like the bike's overall quality is pretty much tied to having a working battery, which doesn't make it a great investment in the end.
Faulty batteries

I sent them a video showing the problem and they confirmed that they would send out new batteries. The replacements arrived three days later. Netuno e-bike
I bought the Netuno e-bike not long ago and have only had the chance to take it out for a ride once. When it arrived, I noticed a few problems with the packaging and assembly, like the front brake being on the wrong side for the U.K. I also had some trouble with the handling and heard a clunking noise while riding.
Electric bike with mechanical faults and incorrect advertisement
I got my electric bike from Eskute with a few mechanical problems. The pedal spindle assembly issue makes the bike impossible to ride. Even though I reached out to customer service, the problem hasn't been fixed yet. I'm still waiting for some credit and a solution. The headlight unit on the bike was also advertised wrongly by Eskute, so I need a refund or some compensation as the law says. On top of that, the range, battery life, power display, and other electrical systems are not working as promised.

The electric scooter I bought from this company has been such a let-down. I only used it lightly for 18 months, and then the battery just gave up on me. When I contacted customer service, they refused to replace it. And to top it off, I found out that lots of other people have had the same problem on sites like Facebook. The product quality is really bad, so I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

I recently bought an electric city bike, and I was pleased to receive it within a week of placing my order. The packaging was great, with foam to keep it safe during delivery. This electric bike has been a complete nightmare. Right from the start, the brakes were playing up and it's been a real struggle trying to sort out replacement parts as everything is based in the UK. After only using it for a few months, the screen started to come loose, the motor packed in, and the controller was making a right racket. Dealing with their customer service has been a real headache - they try to convince you to leave a positive review just to speed up any help. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they flat out refused to give me a new battery when it stopped charging.

I absolutely adore my new e-bike! The Netuno Plus has completely changed the game for me.
