Amazing Clothings
Excel has been one of my favourite brand for men's clothing, women's clothing, kid's clothing and accessories. Great choice of styles, colors, sizes and designs. Excellent, prompt and fast delivery service including great prices. I would have to go to in search of three or four brands to find all items that I found under one roof from Excel.
Excel have very trendy clothings and they are very professional. I'm so happy for choosing Excel. The clothes I got are amazing!!! I love the materials and the small details that makes them so unique!!!

I recently bought some clothes from this place and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. I had to ask for a delay in the delivery of my package because I work away from home. But, before the first package was sent out, I ended up purchasing two more items and asked for them all to be sent together. Even though I sent them loads of emails, the customer service team at this place dealt with my requests quickly and efficiently. They were really polite and nice in their replies, which I really appreciated. The package arrived on the day I got back home, which was perfect timing. I had to return two out of the three items because they didn't fit right, but the refund process was easy and smooth. Overall, I'd give them a 5-star rating and an A+ for their fantastic service. I'm definitely looking forward to buying more things from them in the future.
Moose Knuckle Ballistic Bomber Jacket
At first, I was a bit unsure about buying from this company as I'd never used them before. But when I saw the amazing deal on the Moose Knuckle Ballistic Bomber jacket, I just had to go for it. It was the best price I could find online in the UK, so I took a chance and made the purchase. I was shocked when the jacket turned up in less than 24 hours, and it was even better than I expected. The quality was top-notch, and I could tell it was a genuine Moose Knuckle by scanning the NFC tag and registering the warranty on the official site. Plus, it came with the original Moose Knuckle wooden hanger, which was a nice bonus. They also included a return label just in case, but there's no way I'm sending this jacket back - I love it. Huge thanks to Excel Clothing for going above and beyond and delivering fantastic service.
Tall clothing purchase
I recently bought some clothes for tall people at this shop, and I was really pleased with the wide range of options they had. It's always a struggle for me to find clothes that fit well because I'm quite tall, so it was a relief to finally find a shop that caters to people like me. The clothes were good quality and there were lots of different styles to choose from, which was great. But what really made this shop stand out for me was the amazing customer service I got from one of the staff members, David. He was so helpful and took the time to help me pick out the right sizes and gave me honest advice on what looked good. His friendly and helpful attitude made my shopping trip enjoyable and stress-free. I'll definitely be coming back to this shop for all my tall clothing needs in the future.
UGG Frankie jacket
I've just bought my wife a UGG Frankie jacket in size 12 from Excel. It arrived quickly, but it was too big. I sent it back and got a size 10, which was a perfect fit. The folks at Excel were really helpful when the return got held up in the post. They kept me in the loop with updates and as soon as they got the jacket back, they sorted out the exchange without any hassle. I can't thank the team at Excel enough for their outstanding service.
No cashback
I was meant to get a 10% cashback on my order but now, 3 months later, they've changed agencies so I won't be receiving it. I'm really disappointed and won't be ordering from them anymore!
UGG neumel Chelsea boots
I was after a new pair of UGG neumel Chelsea boots and luckily found them in my size at Excel. I was struggling to find them elsewhere, so this was a relief. Even though I hadn't heard of Excel before, I went ahead and placed my order because of all the good reviews I read. The boots arrived quickly and were packaged really well, they were in perfect condition when they got to me. I was pleased to receive an email letting me know they had been dispatched. All in all, my experience with Excel was easy and trouble-free, and I would definitely think about shopping with them again in the future.
Coat for son
I bought a coat for my son from an online shop recently and I must say, I had a great experience. I spoke to Sarah on the phone to check the size, and she was very helpful. She processed my order quickly and got it shipped out in just half an hour. Later on, Paul got in touch to let me know that the coat was on its way. It's obvious that this is a family business because they really care about their customers and make sure they are happy. I would definitely recommend this shop and will be shopping there again myself. Big thanks to Sarah for her fantastic service!
Barbour jacket
The customer service team were really helpful when I gave them a ring to double-check my order for a Barbour jacket. I was struggling with some tech problems on my computer and wasn't sure if my order had gone through. They not only reassured me that everything was all good, but also gave me a reliable idea of when my jacket would arrive. Lo and behold, a week later, my jacket turned up looking perfect, all snug in its packaging, complete with a snazzy branded hanger. All in all, I was chuffed to bits with the service I received.
Husband's birthday gift
I had a lovely time at this shop. The atmosphere was really friendly and the staff were so helpful and attentive. I was looking for a birthday present for my husband and they really went out of their way to help me find just the right thing. I tried on a few things in the women's section and was happy when one of the staff called another store to check the size I needed. I'll definitely be back for Christmas shopping and would definitely recommend this shop to others.

I was really impressed by the prices at this store so I decided to buy something there for the first time. The customer service was top-notch too. I had a bit of trouble with a return, my mistake really, but William, one of the staff members, really went out of his way to help me sort it out. He even gave me a call to offer extra help. All in all, my shopping experience at this store was really positive.
Winter sale shopping experience
The winter sale shopping experience at Excel was absolutely brilliant. I was lucky enough to have Emily helping me out, and she was really wonderful. She went out of her way to help me find just what I wanted, and the range of clothes available was top-notch. Emily's personal touch made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend checking out Excel during their sales.
Miriah jumper in size 8
I was a bit worried when I first placed my order, thinking you might be unreliable, but I really wanted that jumper so I decided to go for it. Fortunately, it arrived and it's absolutely amazing! I'm thrilled with it and just wanted to say a big thank you for coming through and being reliable.
Barbour coat
I bought a Barbour coat at a great price and it arrived quickly with really nice packaging! The shop sorted out my order very quickly, so I got my coat in a flash. I'll definitely be shopping with them again because the service was excellent.
Shopping at Excel Bangor
Excel Bangor is absolutely brilliant. It's really nice inside and they have a lot of great things to buy. The staff there are really friendly and helpful, especially Niki and Paul who helped me choose some really cool outfits. I always go there because it's the top choice for finding clothes and the service is fantastic. I reckon everyone should go and have a look, it's definitely worth it!
Online order delivery
I've been with Excel for over 20 years now and just placed my first online order for delivery. I was really happy to see that even after all this time, their service and reliability haven't changed at all. My order arrived right on time, just like they promised, which was a nice surprise since I hadn't used their online services before. I'm definitely thinking about coming back as a regular customer after this great experience.
Hoodie purchase
I came across a really cool hoodie a few months ago and absolutely loved it. I thought I'd switch things up and try a different store, instead of my usual go-to. I managed to snag it at a great price from Excel, their website was user-friendly and the delivery was speedy. Really impressed with the whole experience and will definitely be returning for more goodies!
Bought jeans
So, I bought these jeans online, but when they arrived they just didn't fit me at all. They were supposed to be the right brand, but clearly they sent me the wrong size. I reckon they need to sort out their sizing issues before shipping stuff out. I did try to complain to them, but they didn't even want to give me back my postage costs. Won't be shopping with them again, that's for sure!
Next day delivery at 4pm
I desperately needed something the next day but missed the deadline. Luckily, Paul was really helpful and promised to try his best to deliver it even though I ordered late. I was thrilled when it arrived on time! Paul truly saved the day and I'm incredibly grateful for his amazing service.
