NBA gear in the UK
My experience with buying NBA gear in the UK has been quite disappointing. I live far from any NBA store, so I've been ordering online from a specific international retailer. But every order I've made in the last 6 months has been a letdown. The stuff they sent me has either been wrong or faulty, and even though they have the items in stock, they only give refunds and not replacements. Plus, the delivery takes ages, and when it finally arrives, the sizes are way off. The quality of the products isn't great either, especially considering how expensive they are.
Wrong sizes, no response to complaints or returns
What a complete disaster! The wrong sizes were sent and they charged me for it. When I complained and tried to return them, there was no response at all. I would highly recommend avoiding this company - they have no sense of honour as merchants.
Overpriced Hat
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from here, even if it's for your favourite team. I thought I was making a good choice by purchasing a hat from this place, but I was totally mistaken. The quality is terrible, it appears as if they hastily put it together and just stuck a logo on it. On top of that, the price is ridiculous! £25 for this poorly made hat? I could have found a much better one at a cheaper store. Save your money and look for your merchandise somewhere else, you'll thank me later.
Over a month waiting
What a nightmare! I totally ignored all the bad reviews and now I'm regretting it. It's been well over a month and my delivery is nowhere to be seen. I've tried getting in touch with them but it's like talking to a brick wall - absolutely no response at all. And as if that wasn't bad enough, there's been zero updates on my order. The whole thing is a complete joke of a service.
Received jersey
I've recently bought a jersey from this company and I have to say, my experience wasn't great. I paid for the 48-hour shipping but my order got delayed multiple times. The expected dispatch date changed three times and on the 14th, I got an email saying they weren't sure when they could send it out. It's disappointing to see a company selling stuff they don't even have in stock. Also, their customer service was poor - it was hard to get in touch with them and when I finally did, they didn't seem bothered about helping. In the end, I had to cancel my order and I'm not sure I want to buy from them again.
Shirt ordered for Christmas delivery
I made a mistake ordering a shirt before the Christmas delivery cut-off from this company, and it's been disappointing. Even though I ordered early, it's now 2nd January and I still haven't heard anything about my order. The customer service team hasn't been very helpful, just keeps telling me to wait longer. The lack of communication and responsibility is really frustrating, makes me feel like they don't care about me as a customer. I wouldn't recommend using this company again.
Overpriced shipping and return fees
I couldn't believe the ridiculous charges they added on for shipping and returns. I mean, who asks for so much money just to deliver a package and then has the audacity to demand even more for returns? It feels like they're just trying to get every last penny out of us customers. It's completely absurd and totally not okay.

I've been really let down by this company. I placed an urgent order, paid extra for postage, but my order didn't even get shipped. I tried to reach customer service for help, but they couldn't provide a solution. It's frustrating to be told I need to receive the package to get a refund when the company didn't even send it out.
Sweatshirt purchase with colour defect
I bought a sweatshirt from the website recently, but when it arrived, I noticed a clear colour defect. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to getting it. To top it off, I had to pay £6.20 to return it, which just added to my frustration. I know these things can happen, but I was expecting better quality control and customer service.
Delayed order and unresponsive customer service
I ordered something from this company not too long ago, but it's been taking ages to arrive. When I tried to get in touch with their customer service for help, I just kept going around in circles. They'd ask me what was wrong, but then they'd say they didn't get it. On top of all that, I've been having issues with the discounts they advertise. I can't seem to add them to my order or they just don't work when I go to pay. All in all, dealing with this company has been nothing but a headache from the beginning to the end, so I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Order placed on April 29th
I ordered something back on April 29th and they told me it was sent out with reference number 193-6605-6319. But it's been missing for 11 days now and I've tried contacting them with no reply. I'm starting to think this might be a scam because of the lack of communication and the delayed delivery. It's really frustrating to receive such bad service and unprofessionalism.
Women's YXL basketball jersey
I bought a women's YXL basketball jersey from this website recently and honestly, it's been a bit of a let-down. Firstly, my order took a whopping 3 weeks to arrive. Then, when it did show up, I was surprised to see they'd sent me a men's XL jersey instead of the women's YXL one I actually ordered.
