    Shirt purchase

    I bought some shirts from an online shop not long ago, but they didn't send me one of them. When my package arrived, I saw a note on the invoice saying that the missing shirt would be sent next month. I've always been happy with the quality of the clothes I've bought before, and I've had loads of compliments on them. But I was a bit disappointed that they didn't say sorry or sort out the missing shirt straight away.

    I recently bought something last minute for a special occasion and I have to say I was really let down by the service I got from this company. I placed my order in plenty of time but it ended up taking a whole four weeks to arrive, missing the event completely. I tried to get in touch with them through emails and phone calls during that time but never got a reply. It was so irritating and not at all okay how they did not keep me in the loop about my order. Especially considering how much they charge for their stuff, I think the least they could do is give me a tracking number so I can keep an eye on where my order is.

    Recent trouser purchase

    I recently bought a pair of trousers online, but they still haven't arrived after nine days. I got in touch with the customer service team a few days back, and they said they would sort it out. I know deliveries can sometimes have hiccups, so I was patient. But I was gutted to get an email saying the item was sent out, only to discover two days later that the courier hadn't even picked it up yet. The lack of communication and efficiency is really annoying, especially given the price of the product. I'm now trying to get a refund since there's no sign of the trousers showing up. This whole experience with the company has been a bit of a joke, so I doubt I'll order directly from them again with all these issues going on.

    Recently purchased clothing

    I have to be honest, I was really disappointed with the quality of the clothes I bought. They used to be really good, but now they seem really cheap and not up to scratch. I even saw the same stuff being sold in a discount shop, which says a lot about how things are going. It's pretty obvious that the brand is having money problems, with all the constant sales they're having. And that £5 delivery charge was a bit much for an order that took 5 days to even get sent out, let alone arrive. On top of that, I didn't get any response to my emails or calls about my order. To put it simply, I won't be coming back as a customer.
